However, if you're looking for a reliable body shop where you won't feel intimidated or pressured, this is the place. The team is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Ask for Mark--you won't regret it. I originally found Aramex Body Shop during heavy rain in Los Angeles when my Tesla needed repairs, and that experience alone made me a customer. Since then, I've now been back a total of three times, including twice last year after two separate accidents involving my Tesla Model Y. The first accident last year I was rear-end on the freeway by a speeding driver and the second involved a rear end by a drunk driver while I was a passenger. Both accidents were not my fault, which made the situation even more stressful, but Mark handled everything smoothly. During the second repair, there was some back-and-forth with my insurance (State Farm), and the adjuster was giving pushback. Mark handled everything professionally and made sure my vehicle was repaired properly with the correct Tesla parts. That level of attention and advocacy really stood out. At one point, I was even out of the country, and Mark kept me updated the entire time through text (which I prefer), along with phone calls when needed. Communication was always clear, consistent, and convenient. He handled the follow-ups and made sure everything stayed on track, which took a lot of stress off me. Every time I've picked up my car, it looked like it just came off the showroom floor--honestly even better than when I brought it in. Mark is professional, thorough, reliable, and truly cares about his customers. He even followed up after pickup to make sure everything was good.
