I took this car to this body shop twice for both upgrades; one for the bumper and lip and the other for the trunk and wing. I really can't tell that the paint on the bumper, trunk, and body are not from the same painting run; the color match on these panels is that good. Over 40 years of driving and this was my first need for this type of service. The damage was undisputedly caused by the other driver. His insurance was very difficult. I never spoke to the adjuster because he would not respond to my messages. Fortunately Galaxy was able to get everything moving including a rental car reservation. Galaxy fought to have local quality parts used in the repairs. My vehicle is older and they negotiated doing the work rather than having the vehicle written off as a total loss. I took my Audi here after seeing a recommendation for this shop online, and unfortunately my experience was less than stellar. First of all, it took weeks to get the repairs done, and they would never call me back to update me, I had to CONSTANTLY call them to ask for an update even though the front desk employee would say "we'll call you on *insert day* with an update". That day would pass, and then I'd have to call them again. I think I called for an update 5 or 6 times - their communication is HORRIBLE Then, when the repairs were finally completed, there was damage to my interior trim, which was cracked, my door handle was broken, and my push start button was destroyed. They told me "the damage looks old" even though it was in perfect condition when I brought the car in. I spoke to my insurance adjuster, who was able to resolve this, but then they replaced my broken trim with a MUCH lower quality part, replacing the leather arm rest with a soft touch plastic one so now my interior is mis-matched!! The only thing keeping me from giving this place a one star review is that the actual bodywork they did was great. The car looks brand new on the exterior, it's just that their constant avoidance to call me back, super long repair times, and dishonesty about damaging my interior make it so that I really cannot recommend this shop to anyone. read more
