T & D gave the lowest estimate, by far: labor rates for the other auto places were above $124 per hour; T&D is a single mechanic operation and I had reliable work done at this location over a decade before. The owner was honest, did what he said he would do and was flexible and accommodating. The work was done well and quickly; the alternator, water pump, radiator fan and timing belt were all replaced. In February, we decided it was time to open it, and half way through it wouldn't go any further. It wouldn't close or open any further. We called 41 Seven Off Road and were told by Jimmy to call the manufacturer. We called them and were on the phone for an hour and finally they sent us to an authorized dealer. Both the manufacturer and authorized dealer said the top was installed improperly. Manufacturer will not cover warranty and 41Seven Off-road says it's not their fault. And we are stuck with a top that doesn't work...and out $3000. Now you know why I gave them a one. 04/14/2025. Issue has been resolved.

I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the…read morevehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. I don't even know where to begin. I'll start with Dave. After walking into a couple other places,…read moreincluding Jake Sweeney Body Shop (bought my car from Jake Sweeney), to talk about the damage and getting the repairs done, I walked into Llanfair Auto Body and was greeted by Dave. He instantly came outside and looked at my car and discussed what all things would need replacing. Within a few minutes of him talking and letting me know, I felt confident that he could get the job done and bring my car back to its life after this disaster of an accident that wasn't my fault. Fast forward to some time in the future, I was involved in a small fender bender in the parking lot at work (not my fault again). I instantly took the car to Dave to look at and see what I'm looking at in cost and time frame. Both times, he gave me a true cost, didn't try to overdue anything, advised me on how I should get a rental car and reassured me that he would be able to make my baby new again. Within a week or two later, I called Dave and we set up a good time to get the car dropped off. Once the car was in, he kept me updated on exactly everything that was going on in great detail. While there were obstacles that pushed the original time frame back, I remained confident in Llanfair because they were working their butts off to bring my car back. After 3 long weeks of being without my car, I got the call from Nathan (one of the body techs, very cool guy) that my car was ready. I instantly got happy and nervous at the same time. Once I entered the parking lot and saw my car, my jaw dropped as the sun shined off the Mazda emblem in the front. The entire car was very shiny, very well put together, very clean and extremely beautiful again. I have to say thank you so much to Dave, Nathan and the rest of the crew at Llanfair Auto Body for doing such an amazing job on my car. I was very picky on who I wanted to touch my car and became very excited at the end result. After going so long with the side of my car a bit banged up, I now look back at my car at least 5 times and do a walk around every time I get out now.
