Now it's becoming a case study in how to make loyal members question their life choices. Somewhere a competitor is looking at this and saying, "Let's just tell people when we're open." Revolutionary. The kicker? An employee told me members can still get to the vacuums by driving through the EXIT lane. Apparently, the official traffic plan is to hope you don't meet someone coming the other way.
