By the time we walked the short distance inside, they greeted us by name with glasses of champagne. Our room was available early so we were able to check right in. They led us to our room, showed us around, and offered to give us a tour of the facility. We had lunch at Gumbo Limbo right on the beach. The views and food were terrific. The whole experience was top notch. It was worth it!

We struck up a conversation, and she thanked me for my patience while waiting in line. Since I'm a Marriott Bonvoy member, I asked if there happened to be any upgrades available. She smiled and said she had found one for me. I thanked her, headed upstairs, and opened the doors to what I can only describe as the most incredible hotel suite I have ever seen. I knew something was different the moment I saw the double entry doors. Inside was an immaculate, magnificent suite featuring a spacious living room, a luxurious master bedroom, a second bedroom, spacious living room and **three bathrooms**, with breathtaking views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the beach, and the pool from multiple balconies. The master bathroom alone was larger than many standard hotel rooms and even featured its own Toto toilet. Every detail reflected luxury, from the remote-controlled drapes and sheers to every toiletry imaginable, and even a thoughtfully stocked minibar featuring Macallan 12. I was so stunned that I immediately Face Timed my wife to show her the suite. Her reaction? *"You have to come get me."* I had driven two hours from home to attend a conference and had expected nothing more than a beautiful room with a king-size bed. Instead, I found myself in what felt like a private luxury residence. So, I got back in my car, drove the two hours home, picked up my wife and daughter, and then drove the two hours back to Naples--all so they could experience this extraordinary suite with me. It was absolutely worth every mile. I've been staying in hotels for more than 50 years, and without question, this is the finest hotel room I have ever experienced. What makes the experience even more remarkable is that it all came from a complimentary upgrade as a Marriott Bonvoy member. That one thoughtful gesture transformed a business trip into an unforgettable family memory. The Ritz-Carlton, Naples delivered an experience I'll never forget. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk for her kindness and generosity and thank you to everyone at the Ritz-Carlton for making this one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life.

While scrolling through some of the photos and reviews, I saw the stuff French toast and I was immediately in! We came on a Saturday morning and they were busy enough but not packed. We asked for their first available, which was outside. During summer it's a bit of a risk to sit outdoors, but it was in a covered area. They have a little side patio area, but a lot of the outdoor tables are randomly placed up against the building and in the walkway to accommodate additional guests. It's kind of weird when people that live in the building walk by as the walkways aren't very wide. The inside area of the restaurant is not very large. Our waitress was very friendly and welcoming. Even if she did spill a bit of coffee on me which she was apologetic for. My husband got the crab cake Benedict and I got the strawberry stuffed French toast. Absolutely loved everything! My husband's only note was that he did not like the corn inside crab cake. The cheesy hash browns were definitely a hit for us! The stuffed French toast was divine - basically desert! I like that the dish also came with eggs and bacon! The iced coffee was pretty good as well. Overall, this was a great experience with the exception of the weird outside seating arrangement. 8/10 recommend!

But it's out of place when being beachfront - you would expect people coming in high end gowns, not beach dresses. However, the gorgeous sunsets you can get here make up for everything you might find odd in the decorations. The menu is not extensive, but does give options. We had the Caesar Salad (which was the highlight of the meal), the Branzino (which was fresh, but not very tasty), the ricotta ravioli and the tiramisu (which was wonderful). I am a bread fan and their breads accompanying the meal were also great. Finally, the service was great. Very attentive and accommodating staff which certainly made it for a nice experience.

When you walk inside, you are greeted by beautiful decor. You must take the elevator to get to the restaurant where there is a beautiful sitting room. We came as a a group of 6 and had a table on their outside patio space overlooking the beach. Our servers were very kind and attentive to us when explaining the specials for the day and best dishes. Being a gluten free individual, I asked for some options I could eat and was pleased to learn that they had gluten free pasta and could make other items gluten free. They even brought me gluten free bread. It was sandwich bread I am pretty sure, but you learn to take what you can get when you are gluten free. I ordered the forever young cocktail which was delicious then shared the bolognese with gluten free pasta and the short rib special with my husband. I shared a tiramisu martini with my sister-in-law. Everyone in my party loved the food - my sister-in-law even declaring that this was perhaps her best meal. I will certainly be back!

What a disappointment. We staid here due to the over hype…read moreof people announcing the resort as "amazing" online. The restaurants did not deliver, the day we arrived we visited Quinn's. We were sat on a high top table after we said we had 3 small kids. I asked if the high chair was as high as the table and we were told yes. To my surprise when the high chair came it was the height of a regular chair to which my toddler kept sliding off. We ordered the kids food first so it would come out "quicker". The food took about 45 mins to an hour to come. When I mentioned I had a shellfish allergy I was told I could not eat their French fries, I could not have anything that was fried since it was all with the same oil. I ordered the burger on their menu which after waiting for my food I was told I could also not have that. I ended up eating a regular cheese burger. We said we wouldn't return, but at dinner time there are apparently 5 restaurants at the resort. Some don't allow children, another requires a dress code, so in reality you have 3 restaurants to choose from. We returned to Quinn's for dinner, where we waited an hour for our food after ordering. We were told the kitchen was backed up, but the restaurant was not full and mind you there are 5 other restaurants on property. When our food arrived, the ceviche that was ordered was completely dry. To be honest the food was below average. I'd recommend anyone staying here to eat OUTSIDE the hotel. We also tried the other restaurant the Polynesian one. The food was average, it also took a very long time. On the third evening we dinned outside of the hotel and the service was much better. The services from the waiters was fine however the kitchen needs to improve. The breakfast restaurant with the buffet is designed so you pay the high price of $44 for a buffet. We ordered something from the regular menu because some people weren't going to eat enough to make the $44 worth it. The food took so long, it's almost as if they do it on purpose so you're more likely to choose the buffet, pay extra to get your food immediately. Mind you, some of the things ordered were waffles, which were available on the buffet side immediately made. For the $600-$1000 that this hotel costs a night. I do not find the service and attention worth it. The rooms need upgrades, staff takes a long time to answer the phone, however when you call from and outside line, they answer immediately. You're better off staying at the Hilton, and paying less.

If I had stayed in nipples a third day, I would've returned one more time. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back next time. I am in Naples.
