Ten days later and $4700 fraudulently removed from my account and they are telling me it may take up to 90 days to get reimbursed! Poor, unprofessional service. Do not trust their zero fraud liability promise. Will be closing all my accounts once the money is reimbursed. Stay away from this bank.

As a former banker, I knew exactly what to say to ensure that they could accommodate my needs for this acct and rep contacted legal office. Now after special paperwork was created for Wells Fargo (only) they are saying they can't help and won't do anything to correct their mistake even though the WF escalation department said it was up to this branches discretion. The Manager Siri (Suri?/ she never gave me her business card) said she would follow up and never did. I was told my escalation case was not updated (notes) and she never contacted back office to help as she told me she would last week 8/14. Yesterday I had to go over everything that happened with the back office as though they had no idea which is surprising, but at this point, I think everyone's just pointing fingers. Just wanted to write a review to be very aware of the incompetence of this particular branch and the rep Edwin(who also made inappropriate comments to me) I personally feel they don't want to help because they are inexperienced in the account that is needed. I'm only writing a review because I think it is pretty unprofessional for a branch manager to not try and take ownership of their employees mistakes other than tell me that they will "coach" their team. Updated review today is September 7, 2025 . We went back-and-forth with your executive office and no resolution has been made, but that Wells Fargo was sorry . Again, they're saying that it's the "branches discretion" at Fuquay Varina to accept the check that they told me they would originally take that one of their advisors Stephen D. Who called the legal department March 10 at 1 PM-1:30 pm. I was told that they could review the calls, but somehow they're saying they can't get those phone calls or any other of the phone calls that even remotely would back up what I was told . The check is for a minor (initials) and MY FULL NAME as parent with court papers that prove her name by an OFFICIAL NY JUDGE please tell me how this check could come back. I've been in banking long enough to know these people incompetent and do not know how to open big boy accounts so I would advise you not to go to this branch.!! Especially since none of them seem to know how to treat customer! I will say Isaac in the back office was extremely pleasant, but he was just the middleman and no one did anything to help and please --you're telling me that not one phone call was able to be pulled ?

There are plenty of workers walking around this branch towards the end of the day and only 1-2 people working as tellers. This is ridiculous considering the line is almost out the door. Again the tellers are very friendly and helpful but I'm not sure if it they're network or old computers but IT TAKES FOREVER to get any type of transactions done inside the branch. If you can go to a different branch please consider doing so. Today is my 2nd time in this branch in the last 2 days and it's almost 15-20mins before they call for the next customer in line each day I've walked in.

There was no help offered. I even tried to utilize the property with a different business model and was turned down because the property would have to be rezoned. Within 2 years I defaulted on the loan. They auctioned off an $800,000.00 piece of property for $362,000.00 instead of putting it on the market to possibly get a much better price. My home(which was paid for) was also collateral. They foreclosed on my home and actually declined offers from my family members to purchase the home for a fair price. I have worked hard all my life and served my country in the US Army. So much for my American dream. I lost everything. Beware!!!! They have no empathy or desire to do what's right for their customers. Shameful way to do business.

You immediately see the warmth and hometown difference when using a smaller, local bank rather than some of the larger, name brand banks. I was late on 2 payments, unbeknownst to me, they sent me a late notice after the 2nd late payment. At that point when I called in right away, there was nothing they could do. They just fixed it to the correct account, my credit was hit so bad because they sent me to the credit bureau. Mind you I have never been late on a payment in my life! All of this because They messed up the payment debit. I went from an 800 credit score to a 600 for their mistake! BofA is a joke, just don't use them period!!

He explained different accounts to us and really took the time to answer all of my teens question. He interacted so wonderful with my teen, my son walked away complimenting Taylor. The transaction was quick and easy. Taylor also referred us to other products that might fit out family financial need. Overall very impressed by the service provided. Although I was hesitant about going into the branch, social distancing is enforced and hand sanitizers are available throughout.

I've banked here since 2016 when this was BB&T and it's went downhill really bad since then…read more Recently they started charging you $5 maintenance fees on your savings account if you don't have direct deposit. So unknowingly they will remove small fees from your account until you notice. I caught them doing this once and they had me sign some papers to change the account type and said it wouldn't happen again and 28 days later...another $5 fee. There are so many banks out there who don't charge you to keep your money especially since you are doing them a favor as every dollar you have on file they can lend $11 against it!! Customer service has went down hill really bad since it became Truist as well. They do ridiculous things like require you to pay an extra months mortgage ahead of time if you want to switch to bi-weekly deductions to pay it off faster and reduce interest charged. I would look into Fidelity online for a good checking account and investment accounts and then use one of the local credit unions as your local bank where you can deposit and withdraw cash. I'll be closing my accounts here as soon as I can get my paycheck deposits switched over.
