I will start by saying their educational sessions are top notch. Very informative and really well…read moredone. That is what hooked us. We went in and loved the Financial Advisor Alex. He explained the process and gave us a lot to consider. We decided to sign with them. When we went back it felt a bit rushed. They quickly went through the contract ( we printed it out after and it's about 250 pages) and I felt mislead by the fees. We really had to DIG to get the full answer. The answer that clarified it for us made me skeptical. It actually made me worry about the whole process. We left after signing and I could not stop thinking about it. I can compare it to the buyers remorse you would have after purchasing a timeshare when you were at a resort in Mexico. I contacted them immediately and said we would not be transferring any accounts but would be interested in their retirement advisor services. I asked them to make sure our accounts were cancelled. I emailed every week for a month and never was contacted. I still do not have an answer. For us something did not sit right and when they did not contact us it confirmed that we made the right decision. I was leery when the only newspaper in their lobby was the Epoch Times and I should have went with my gut then. I would like to note that I waited more than a month to write this review to see if they would respond and like I said I'm still waiting. It's unfortunate.

Very misleading company who pushed and sold me an annuity which was very misleading- Financial…read moreadvisor they call themselves what a joke!- more worried about there commissions than producing a clients return on there money.

If you have ever read any of my reviews, you know that I am stingy with my 5 stars, very stingy!…read more So here is why I give a wealth management place 5 stars, when I don't even bother reviewing them, because I'd give them all 1. I am NOT independently wealthy, In fact I have finally reached the point where all my bills are paid and I can afford an occasional movie ticket or concert and still have a couple of coins left in the bank when I get paid again, Hallelujah (there was once a time when overdraft protection was my backup plan). Earl from Lexus sponsored tasting event at Wine Styles (DEFINITELY put wine styles on your list), where he spoke about what his company does and their approach to wealth management. First of all I appreciated the fact that he did not to the hard sell, he allowed us to enjoy the event, then he talked to us about his services and then we continued to enjoy the event, nothing like those time share talks. I made an appointment with him to talk about my wealth, or lack thereof, and he honestly made me feel comfortable and not ashamed that at my age, I do not have millions squirreled away somewhere. I've been to financial managers before and I always came away feeling like a failure and stupid and hopeless (real talk). But not Earl, he was honest about what moves I can make and what things I can do to leverage what I have and start building for my future. He didn't tell me to turn off the cable, start eating ramen and sell my truck like other wealth managers have told me. No, I may not be a millionaire when I retire (unless I hit the lottery or one of my business ideas really takes off). But with Earl as my advisor I will be comfortable.

I was expecting a conversation about what I wanted my retirement to look like and stop after that…read more I thought, "why am I in this office talking to a financial advisor without financial advisor kind of money in my bank account?" Here's what happened....... I learned that it's possible to invest beyond your employer paid plan, ability to adjust some of your current retirement plan to earn more and how it doesn't require a fat pocket full of money/huge bank account to start planning. After much discussion about what is important to me for my future, we came up with a plan. The bonus? You gain a brother, uncle, super cool neighbor that's easy to simply talk about your future goals with. If nothing else make an appointment, ask him as many questions about financial planning as you want and be surprised at the power you have over your money!

If you already have an account with them, go through your holdings and read the fine print on your insurance. Compare how it was represented vs what it actually is. We met w/ Patrick Kirby and Nicklaus Higgins in Nov '25 after a referral from friends. We transferred that trust to advisors who claim to be fiduciaries. Within weeks they pushed $7M of term life and over $3M of Premium Variable Universal Life and used pushy tactics and urgency to get us to sign fast. We transferred all brokerage accounts except one 401k from a prior employer that had produced solid returns. Pat hounded me for months to move that account under their management. I hesitated given its performance and AUM fees. He relentlessly insisted-calling/texting/emailing-saying they would be more active and create better returns. Once they started charging fees on that account, Pat quickly lost interest. Months later thousands sat uninvested from the time they took it over. Our primary account also held large uninvested balances for weeks, including during market selloffs and recoveries. We had to remind them to invest our money while paying them to manage it. When we asked, Pat said we were "only three months into the relationship" and that the firm only sends an uninvested cash report once per week. If they can't keep tabs on our funds in the first 3 months, we shouldn't be charged for that period. Markets change every day, not every week. That also doesn't explain missed deposits over several weeks. After another failure to invest cash, Nick claimed they were "waiting for the market to take a huge shit." Nick texted TWICE in 10 days, on weekdays during market hours, that they would get back to us later because they were golfing.
