I called in the morning and let them know that I wanted to sign for my financing over my lunch hour so if it was possible to activate and send paperwork quickly it would be appreciated. Jackie had the insurance in force and sent the paperwork off with an hour. Service has always been very good at this agency.

Unbeknownst to me, this agency somehow obtained my policy from Baehler Insurance without my knowledge or approval. I tried to call on multiple occasions to speak to my new broker after finding out that my premiums had doubled, but he/she never returned my calls. I called over 10 times and left messages with no return calls. I called the Underwriter (ASI/Progressive), who informed me that only the agent who wrote the policy could cancel. I switched agents and continued to call to get my pro-rated premiums returned. Guess what? No calls back. No refund. I understand one call slipping through the cracks, but ten? That was intentional. To say this agency is bad is an understatement, god forbid something actually happen and I needed their assistance. I wouldn't walk away from this agency, I would run. As fast as you possibly can.
