Tony is a lifesaver. It's difficult to find a facility that takes bully breeds AND has a pick-up/drop-off service. Yes, the facility is far from Logan, but when I went to visit, it's very clean, secured, and OPEN. I know my pup is not in a crate for more than half his time at daycare, rather he's not crated at all! The pictures I get are absolutely to die for! I know my dog is getting proper socialization and exercise when he goes to daycare. When I've been late coming home Tony is great with being able to get a walker for Bowie through the sister company Fido's Gotta Go. Don't fret with where this facility is located, especially if you're doing pick-up/drop-off. He also requires health records, so I'm not worried about my Bowie getting sick either. Send your pup to Fido's K9, they will thank you.

This place is amazing, my dog loves to be here! I have left him for boarding, he feels like he is on vacation. The facility is clean, well guarded, they have supervision at all times. The dogs are treated great with so much care. In the summer they have a pool, loved water after he stayed here! I highly recommend this place, the dogs are not stuck in a cage they are getting their energy out by playing all day. I completely trust leaving him here while I go on vacation, I don't feel bad because I know he is having a great time! I won't leave him elsewhere, he gets so happy every time we approach the facility.

    Hammer at play!

When it comes to your dog, if you're like me, you only want a place that's going to love them and treat them with the amount of care and respect you give them. So, why choose Tony and his crew when looking for a dog trainer? Because not only does he have years of experience working with many dogs, hundreds of hours of learning and training with leading professionals within the obedience field, but most importantly he LOVES what he does. I'm in my last year of college so dog training is a luxury for people like me, who only have a college budget, to begin with. However, it is something that I knew I needed to do for my dog without question. I live in the city but I work at a stable with horses, so not only did I need the basics taught to my dog but the commands needed to be solid and reliable off leash as well. Those commands are what keeps my dog safe when I am in the saddle or working at the stables during the summer. I called so many trainers, well over 50, and the reason I chose Tony (and will only ever choose him to ever work for my dog) is because he goes above and beyond for every single animal in his care. I cannot tell you how long he stayed on the phone during my initial informational call, noting every single concern I had. Tony actually LISTENED about who my dog was, who I was, and my hopes and dreams with my new pup. He not only understood my worries but laid out a thought out game plan that could work with my budget, and time I was asking for a lot: a trainer who could have a price range that I could actually work with, actually give me a well-trained dog and someone who would love my dog while under their care. Tony has stepped up to the plate in every single one of those aspects. During Hammer's (my dog) board and train, I would constantly be sent pictures and videos of Hammer, which was great to see especially since I missed him so much while he was away. Tony always gave me weekly calls to update me on Hammer's progress and to answer any questions or concerns I had at the time. He worked so hard to find a training method that actually worked on my pup. When my dog wasn't feeling well or was feeling stressed out Tony resorted taking my dog to HIS home in order to make him more comfortable and to be able to keep a better eye on him. He gave the best quality care and went above and beyond our expectations, and the dog he returned to me blew me away. He's so well trained that when I do take him to work, he even heels next to me as I'm ON my horse. I always get complimented on Hammer's behavior, temperament, and training which all comes as a result of all the hours and hard work that were put into him. Hammer still has a long way to go with his training and is now going to his second board and train with Tony in a couple of weeks. The reason why you should choose Tony to train, board or even walk your dog lies within my own personal story and experiences with him. He makes having a well-trained dog possible for anyone and works with the puppy parents as much as he works on the dog. He's not in this business to take peoples money, if he sees your dog need additional time after the agreed set training time he will put in the additional training time towards the dog with no additional fees. Trainers as dedicated and passionate as the one found within Fido's K9 are rare, so take the opportunity and give your dog the best Chicago has to offer.

Our 2 dogs have been going to Fido's K9 for the past month or so. This may be the largest day care/boarding facility in the city. They have almost 5k square feet outside and another 2k inside. This is a brand new dog boarding/daycare/exercise facility that's the evolution of its founder Tony's long-successful dog walking and training service, called 'Fido's Gotta Go'. On the owner: anyone who knows Tony knows his passion for dogs. He's always educating himself on new training methodologies and the latest gear/technologies in dog training. This guy knows a lot about dogs. I've enjoyed picking his brain and using him as a resource to help me get a handle on my very energetic 3 year old pup Neko. On the Business: We started with the dog walks about a year ago and over the past month or so have been sending our dogs to the facility. We use the pickup/dropoff service twice a week and love it because the pickup is early (around 8am) and the drop off is late (around 5pm). This means our dogs are TIRED (satisfied?) when they get home. Tony sends us text recaps (along with photos) after dropping the dogs back off after a walk or day at the facility. Every single time. His level of service to the dogs and the dog owners is unparalleled in Chicago. I was formerly a customer of another doggie day care for a few years and in the early stages tried a handful of other facilities for boarding/day care. This is the tops.

Tony and his crew are awesome considering I'm the most unreliable dog owner and am horrible at communication.

Yvonne has a wonderful way with dogs and is very equipped to deal with challenging dogs.  Darby quickly warmed up to her because she knew the right way to interact with him.  He quickly learned to trust and LOVE her.  She has become his favorite person by far!  She has helped us immensely by teaching us how to meet Darby where he is at and engage him.  Make no mistake- you have to do the work if you want your dog to get better. It is HARD WORK.  But you will have a knowledgeable, funny, and caring teacher right behind you if you work with Yvonne.   Darby is still working very hard, but he has made such huge strides. In a year, we went from a dog who was snapping and growling at us to joining a group class!!!  We never thought this would be possible!!!  We just can't believe he is the same dog!  We just finished the Basic class with Yvonne and it was fantastic.  The Avondale location is spacious, so you have plenty of space to work with your pup and the homework is helpful and just enough- not too overwhelming. It is great value for the price! I can't say enough positive things about experience. If you have a challenging pup, this is the place.  There is hope. Thank you, Yvonne and Anything is Pawzible!

We utilized their puppy training program after getting our sweet Vizsla, Pepper, and saw an incredible difference after two weeks. They crate trained Pepper and taught her basic manners. Getting to play with other dogs in a controlled environment at such an early age was so important for her development. After she came back from training, we decided to put her in daycare for the winter months. Even though we are a 35-45 minute drive, it was worth it. We loved that they have scheduled play time in small groups, enrichment, and nap breaks for the dogs. We travel a lot and board her anywhere from 4-8 days when we travel. She does great and we have never had any issues in the year and a half of boarding her. It's always been a great experience. It's so comforting knowing she's in a safe and loving environment. We order training sessions while she's there. Typically Pepper wants to be around us all the time, but when we drop her off she doesn't even look back at us. Recently, Pepper has struggled being reactive on leash. We live in a high rise building, so it was an emotion she encountered a few times a day. We called See Spot Run and enrolled her in a 2 week board and train camp with Ruth and Matt. The amount of difference those 2 weeks made was enormous. We had started to lose hope Pepper could be on leash around other dogs. Ruth and Matt scheduled multiple sessions with my husband and I to make sure we were trained on the techniques they taught Pepper. Pepper has been home with us post training for about 6 weeks now and has had only a few situations where she was reactive - even in our elevator lobby. Every person we've interacted with at See Spot Run is amazing. We feel so grateful to have found them and to have them help us raise a confident and happy pup!

Not just the prey drive but larger dogs play rougher then smaller dogs. They can be stepped on etc. After interviewing different dog daycares I have found out that for most if not all have cams to check in through out the day. Also if there is an issue with your pup there is video evidence. I had nothing except for their word and honestly I feel my pups wasn't wanted they just wanted my money. The training was top notch and worth the money. I do have the best puppy ever and can take her to many places. She now has manners. But I do not recommend for day care. Lesson learned.
