She immediately got up from us and started branding the stack. We waited about 20 minutes and she still had a bunch to go and she never apologized for not helping us. I was told by both of them a few times that they were named number one business for 17 years in a row, or something like that. That's a terrific honor, but I did not feel like the customer service lived up to what I was hoping for.
