I guess you size these based on your foot size. Usually he wears a medium but due to the shoe size he bought a large. I like that they have one checkout line and you are called to the next available register. Our checker was a pleasant young man. After purchasing and trying them on at home, they fit in the feet but were huge in the thigh/midsection area. He decided to return them. About a week later, we made a return trip and the return process was very smooth.

He's very thorough and explaining what would best work for me and suit me specifically while being very inviting into the sport. I would highly recommend anybody come out here and talk to Matthew as he's extremely knowledgeable and really knows what he's doing when it comes to cycling. I didn't expect to be met with such positivity, especially in a place where I would be worried about sales being pushed down my throat and met with the complete opposite. Their level of customer service is beyond exceptional, and I know that I'll be shopping with them indefinitely.

Now that we know they have everything from tables and chairs, to drink machines and karaoke machines, this will be who we use for all party needs in the future. We made the mistake of renting our karaoke machine from a mall in Plano, which was so inconvenient. Now we know better.

Getting a response felt like pulling teeth, and when I finally did, it didn't even matter because the pricing was completely inconsistent. I was given a quote when I dropped off my items, only to receive an invoice TWO WEEKS later for nearly double the amount. No explanation, no heads-up--just a completely different price like that was normal. When I called to ask about it, the owner was shockingly rude. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, he immediately got defensive and accused me of wanting everything for free--which was never even remotely the case. Not once did he acknowledge that the invoice didn't match the original quote. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. To top it off, when I said I'd just come pick up my shirts instead, his response was basically "good," as if he didn't want the business in the first place. That says everything you need to know. Terrible communication, dishonest pricing, and unbelievably rude customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
