They are always attentive. I've visited on Wednesday for Ladies Day a couple of times. There is always someone available in the shooting area for questions and concerns. That person will offer suggestions or assistance from time to time. When we visit on other days they are not "standing at the ready" in the same way, so that is definitely a benefit for ladies who are trying to get more comfortable with shooting. I'm not very experienced yet and they have been so helpful as I learn. Silly little things happen when you are trying to reload or the gun jams or something. They have really helped me build confidence. We have visited during weekdays and on weekends and it's always been a positive experience. We have not been there in the evening.
