Here we met Serenity, who was rude, unhelpful and unempathetic. First I asked if someone can help me to put the bike into my car. She said no because it was not a curbside pick up. I told her I'm a woman with a child, I need help with putting the bike to the car. She said let her ask someone. This would be the very first store who would not help a customer upload a large item! She later reluctantly said someone may help me upload but they are not required. When I showed her my order number on my phone and she said, "Can you read the number to me?" Then she told me because I just placed the order, the bike was not assembled. I asked why the website said it would be ready within an hour. She said she didn't know. So I said to her I would be back tomorrow to pick up the bike. She said our bike won't be ready until Wednesday (today is Friday, so it turned from a "Ready within an hour" to 5 days in store pick up.) Finally I told her to cancel my order as my son and myself were just disappointed from this experience. She said you can do that yourself online. This is the worst customer service representative I have ever met!
