You can either drive thru or walk up to order, which makes it super convenient. My personal favorite is a double hard serve with coffee Oreo (so good!). As you can tell from the multitude of 5-star reviews, this is a local favorite. I will always support local ice cream stands, and even though they have multiple locations, this still has a local feel. It doesn't hurt that the ice cream is really good! It's very creamy, rich, and decadent. I got the gingersnap flavor, and the layers of softened gingersnap cookies mixed in with the vanilla ice cream was heavenly. It tastes like the holidays. My husband got the chocolate almond, which was also good, but definitely not as good as my gingersnap. The portions are huge. We both got the kid-size portion, and it was more than enough. I can't imagine what a small would look like. Best of all, the prices are so affordable compared to what we're used to paying in the Boston area for ice cream (I'm looking at you, JP Licks). The only reasons this doesn't get 5 stars is 1) the ice cream was a bit too sweet by both of our standards, 2) not all the flavors are equally good, and 3) they weren't enforcing masks at the register/window. Great ice cream place on 201 in Manchester. Huge selection of ice cream, soft serve and hard. They have a bunch of sundae selections that are awesome with cool names or you can create your own. I have been to many of their other locations and they are all great. This one has a drive thru and walk up windows. No indoor seating but plenty of picnic tables shed around. read more

This ice cream is as good as it gets, if I could give Fielder's Choice Ice Cream 6 Stars, I would. Quality ice cream, super generous portions, extremely reasonable prices. My Father-In-Law ordered a large hot fudge sundae, it had to be over a foot tall (see my pic below). I went with the Butter Crunch flavor in a waffle cone -- Pure Heaven. Delicious! My mother sent me here to pick up some sundaes for dinner (#yolo) and it was my first time ordering or eating their ice cream. They don't mess around! The portions are massive and well-priced, their efficiency is unreal, the staff is so polite and nice, and the ice cream is perfect. They have great ice cream. OK. Yes. I went there and asked for "one scoop of vanilla ice cream on a cone." The girl behind the counter asks, "You mean hard serve, right?" Well I didn't expect them to scoop the soft serve but anyway, haha, yes, hard serve, I guess I can't blame them for being super sure of what I wanted. She asked the girl to her left, "That's a 'baby,' right?" The girl concurred so she went to get it. A minute or so later she came back with a cone for me... with two medium-sized scoops of vanilla ice cream. Apparently a "baby" sized ice cream cone is two scoops? You literally cannot order one scoop of ice cream? Ok, so I'm a grown woman and I know it's not the girl behind the counter's fault that this makes zero sense, so I did the right thing and paid and took the ice cream and went on my way. But I couldn't and still can't let this go. What if I was ordering this for my four year old? What if I was a diabetic? I feel like I would become one if I had the mentality that two scoops of ice cream is a reasonable amount of ice cream for a "baby." The ice cream was good, and yes, I could handle the two scoops... I was trying to be "good" but I'm also fine with indulging occasionally. I enjoyed my ice cream down right up until the last bite. The last bite, not so much. They put chocolate sauce in the bottom of their cones, not even a good chocolate sauce, a fake-tasting one that leaves your mouth feeling like it's coated with chocolate flavored plastic. The worst part was that I knew they did this but had forgotten because it had been so long since I'd been there. If I go there again, I will ask for "no chocolate" in my cone and hopefully they will oblige my discerning tastes, otherwise I'll just get my ice cream somewhere else.
