Our go-to place for great food and atmosphere. The prices are high, but everything is delicious. The servers are always friendly and accommodating, though sometimes stretched a bit thin. Like other restaurants, I hope they soon don't allow loud videos on devices, as our last experience had us seated next to a group with kids watching videos on their tablets. The more this becomes the inconsiderate norm, the more establishments need to step in if they want return customers. read more

I guess (?) this restaurant is no longer Azteca, it's something else now. Whatever. The food was about as good as Azteca. Which is neither good or bad. It's just kind of there. I might have given this 3 stars except that my wife really didn't like her dish, and our waiter told her that it was really too bad she didn't like it, but there was nothing he could do. If it was bad, he would take it off the bill, but otherwise the only choice was to get another dish. Really?! That's some customer policy you have there. He tried to tell us that other people ordered the same dish, but no one else complained. And that was his rationale. He later relented and took half off, then after some more arguing, he took it off the bill. And one other detail that annoyed me: he never came by to refill drinks. That made for a pretty bad experience. And I won't go back here - or to another Azteca. It doesn't take much to turn me off to a restaurant. read more

The menu is extensive. The drinks are delicious! Salsa bar is fun! Hubby got carne asada since he's been on the hunt. I was hoping it wouldn't be good so we didn't have to make the 30 minute trip up here. It was better than good. I'm ordering that next time! Super juicy, minimal seasoning, really well prepared. I ordered the small fiesta nachos with chicken. It was larger than I needed. The shredded chicken was juicy and flavorful. Not dry and bland. I would have liked more jalapeños, but that's just me. I got the Caribbean margarita and my only regret wasn't going Medium (although even the small packed a decent punch!) Service was amazingly attentive and awesome. I ate and drank way too much. I have been eating at this Azteca location for years and, in the past, it had never disappointed me. Recently, the restaurant underwent a name change. Apparently now called Fiesta Bonita or something similar. I was told everything was the same, staff, food etc., but different name because they left the Azteca chain. My first visit to "new" restaurant: employees all wearing Azteca shirts, Azteca menus and napkins on table. So, I'm a bit confused. The service was excellent. The employees here really make the visit special. All so friendly and they remember their customers and take a minute to visit and make everyone feel special. Employees here are the greatest asset to this restaurant! Food. In the past, quality and flavor of food has always been excellent. This visit: chips were greasy. I ordered Pollo la Crema. Honestly the worst Pollo la Crema I've ever had. Flavor was completely bland. Such a disappointment! I have had this dish here in the past and it was nothing like what I received on this visit. Will have the revert back to chicken enchiladas on any future visit here. We had an excellent visit, mainly due to staff, but food was on the disappointing side. Got the blanco burrito was okay sauce was good but for 20$ I figured I'd get more meat. The majority of the burrito was plain rice. Unfortunately I had the same experience with the drinks I had. I had initially got a lemon drop tasted no alcohol and all sugar very little lemon very disappointing but it didn't end there. I had sent back my drink just requesting a beer Boneyard is what I requested when the gentlemen gave me my beer he said your dos x's. I drank it without complaint. I don't mind paying the extra money but that starts with quality and consistency neither of which I experienced. read more

Greattt service! Everyone was very helpful and came out to ask how was everything. I had helped by 6 diff people while I was there. Soon as I sat down they brought out chips and salsa it was excellent ! The grande burger was 1 lbs and fries and cost only 14$! It's huge and delicious. Plenty of other selections I wanted to try but was way too full. Their portions are gigantic and worth every dollars. Will come again when I'm in the area read more

The balloon animal guy is great, their seats are comfy, that was actually the first thing I realized. Then there was the service, we had chips and salsa like ASAP it was great. I was surprised at how fast they got the chips and salsa to me. They have a balloon animal guy come on Fridays and he makes balloon animals and stuff for people. They also have Good food. They made Jeremy Hochstetler's tummy happy! One thing I don't like is that there are so many Mexican and Chinese food places in town, but that's not really their problem. I would only dock Longview, WA points for that one. I really wish there was more variety. read more

Usually I have a good experience at Fiesta Bonita. Not this time. I got the tortilla rolls/ taquitos that are supposed to be topped with jalapeño cream cheese and cheddar over top. What came to me was the taquitos(which they don't call taquitos but is the only way I know how to describe my order) on top of them was a large glob of mayo and over top was craft singles cheese melted. I actually took a bite of it thinking it was cream cheese jalapeño sauce to be surprised by a mouthful of mayo. Told the waitress after I picked the topping off and just ate the taquitos she offered to have it remade. But, no thanks. Didn't offer anything off the bill or anything for the problem. The waitress was very nice but it wasn't a good experience bc of the mayo yuck! In the pics you can clearly tell what kind of cheese is there and very clearly tell that is mayonnaise on the plate :( read more

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever experienced. We were humiliated(no alchohol involved) after a day of tears. I took my ten year daughter for a dinner and movie and the waitress asked me if I was on drugs? I was shocked and so was my daughter who said I want to leave here now mom. I tipped well to be decent, asked for my food to boxed nicely and was then greeted by police. There was zero alchohol involved or purhased. We both drank water I explained through tearing eyes and a frightened daughter attached to my hip that it had been an emotional day for us both (3rd time crying). The police informed me that they( the staff) believed my eyeswere dilated but to them they looked the same as my daughter, we ditching the movie. :(.shame on you. read more

This evening we went to a restaurant for the first time before the COVID shut down. I forgot how much I missed excellent food and service. All the staff wore masks, were ultra friendly and practiced minimized physical closeness. They had such a wonderful way to "close" tables to keep social distancing - a beautiful sombrero placed on the table. They also had a very large outside area if you like that. I had the Chile Rellenos and they were sooooo good! Everyone was friendly, helpful and thankful that we were there to support their business. Masks are required when you enter and as you move the public areas. THANKS FIESTA BONITA STAFF FOR A GREAT EVENING! Not sure why this says we are from San Francisco. After hearing this business was recently broke into twice in just over a week my family wanted to come in to show our support. When we walked in there were multiple people seated in the waiting area and the young blonde female hostess (name unknown) asked if she could help who was next. I told her my small family just had 2 adults and 2 kids. I then noticed she was not writing a number down. She then looked at a couple sitting/waiting and talked to them in complete disgust. Another male hostess walked up to help and the female said in disgust as well, "just put THEM in the back". This was in reference to MY family. Once seated we explained the hostess was pretty rude. Nothing was mentioned to management about this as far as we know. We ordered our food and the highlight of the night was an AMAZING balloon artist who was super nice named Mr Dominic made an epic Moana! When the food arrived I had a Really big burrito blanco that was pretty decent. It wasn't anything I would order all the time but it was alright! My wife ordered the fajita sampler and for the first time EVER she told me her food was awful. She handed me the steak to taste and it was clearly a texture and look of roast beef and the chicken appeared to be baked. The manager came and took the plate away but she didn't tell us if she was bringing out a new plate. Shortly later our bill arrived and we noticed my wife's meal was removed which was expected. So in the end I would not recommend this place. The decor is beautiful but the food is cheap and the hostess who is the first person you see is rude and unprofessional. I would say if your family wants Epic quality food and great service just go to Guadalajara in Longview. read more

We had eaten here when it was Azteca and it was fantastic. Last night we took our son and his two children and while hooking our granddaughter in the booster and it was filthy as was the babies hi chair. I carry baby wipes. Cleaned that up. Upon entering we were greeted rather rudely. She barked "how many"? I looked at her and said 3 adults 2 high chairs. She seemed confused. Food was great! Service was so bad it was sad. My granddaughter wanted daddy to take her to the restroom he came right back and said restroom for men was gross so I took her to the girls. It was clean. Our first visit to Fiesta Bonita! We love this place! We have a tradition of Mexican food and margaritas on Friday night. We were without electricity and looked for a Mexican restaurant that was actually open and that didn't just have a to go option. We were pleasantly surprised when we called and they said the magic words "We are open!!". We went here for dinner tonight. Great service, great food, and great margaritas and really friendly staff!!! Thank you for figuring out a way to open!!! The restaurant staff was following the COVID-19 regulations by wearing masks, social distancing and disposable dinnerware and bowls for the beans, salsa, and chips. They really have their act together!! We are so thankful for this restaurant and what they have done to be one of the first restaurants open in our community!! read more

Large and homey, Fiesta Bonita is a decent Mexican joint in a small-town in Washington. Service was friendly, and I liked the hot tortilla chips served with two different dipping sauces (salsa and bean dip). The margaritas we ordered were MASSIVE, like mini-cauldrons: they were cilantro-chili flavor, which had a lovely kick to it. I ordered flautas, which were wonderfully crunchy and full of beef. For my initial visit I found no fault. I'm staying next door at the Comfort Inn and it was an easy walk across the street. I needed some exercise anyway. The interior is all like a chain outfit, but it is decorated for Christmas very nicely in silver and gold. Service was outstanding for the entire visit. If you were to be following my reviews you'd know that I ate at a place in Hillsboro,Or last night and had the same dinner. Except this one was very good. I had the carne asada and it was excellent tonite. Grilled skirt steak with a little seasoning. You needed to add nothing to it. Just damn good meat. The only short coming was the table salsa they bring. Very weak stuff. I should have asked and found out before I ate that there is a salsa bar! Next visit to Longview I'll remember that. read more

We had veggie enchiladas and the seafood burrito. Although we were very hungry after the hike, we still couldn't finish everything. We would definitely return here. It is replacing the Azteca and basically has all the same food. The service was very friendly and out food was good. I have the Tortilla soup - which they make the way I prefer it so I would give it a plus. We had our teenage grandkids and their friends and they all enjoyed all their choices. I took my sister and nephew to Fiesta Bonita last night and it was okay. The front desk was slow to acknowledge me, the seating guy has trouble understanding how many people I was expecting (1 other adult and a child), and nobody smiled except our server. Here is what we ordered: child's chicken tenders, appetizer coconut prawns, small chicken nachos, a blueberry margarita and a large banana daiquiri. Everything was great except my banana daiquiri was fizzy and didn't taste like bananas at all and the nachos only had six chips beneath the chicken and cheese. This all came to $50!!!!!!! I didn't examine the bill thoroughly because I was busy chatting with my sister but as I drove home, I was getting irritated that I paid $50 plus tip for the few things we ordered. There is no way that the two appetizers, two drinks (the blueberry margarita was a $2 special!) and a child's entree could equal $50. I'd eat here again but I'll make sure my bill doesn't grow unexpectedly next time. read more

This restaurant has a very Americanized look and feel, and the food is quite Americanized. The music playing overhead sounds like 1980s adult contemporary with Spanish lyrics. One word... Disappointed. Came here after work on a Sunday. Dinner and a drink after a long day. The parking lot was packed! Got excited that this may be a great eatery. We sat in the bar. Service was prompt. Our waiter was friendly but seemed a bit in a hurry. I'm guessing his shift was about to end. I ordered the Fiesta Burrito hubby got the Fiesta Burger. It was huge! But size isn't everything... I ate 3 bites and was done. Probably the worst burrito I've ever eaten. Well except from Taco Bell... but at least you know you're ordering crap when you go there. I'd rather go to Taco Bell. The meat tastes better and you get better service. Came in for $5 unlimited tacos in the cantina on Tuesday. Those of us that ordered hard tacos, were served stale, old, terrible taco shells. The ground and shredded beef tasted like it'd been burning at the bottom of a crock pot for the last week. Chicken is super mushy and watery, very messy, but didn't taste as bad as the beef. My friend was charged $13 for a bean and cheese burrito after returning her stale tacos and ordering a bean and cheese burrito instead. Though she was able to get the $5 tacos removed. Service was okay. Not terrible, not great. Drinks were tasty, though pricey. Definitely won't return for taco Tuesday and would not recommend. read more
