I called first to see if I needed to pay for the parts myself and the owner specified that he will all parts. I asked what his availability is. He told me the soonest I can bring it in, the soonest he can work on it! I visited on my lunch break and dropped my vehicle with him. I told him that the car needed alignment, new brakes, and I think the starter is going out (I wasn't sure, but it sounded like it didn't want to start). He told me the latest he'll have it ready by is on Wednesday. On Tuesday, he called me and confirmed all issues including the starter. He gave me a reasonable quote (not over $8k) and told me my car was ready to be picked up. I paid him in cash and left. It was like night and day improvement. My vehicle drove very well compared to last week when I picked it up from AutoNation. It drives smoother, the starter doesn't trip as much, it doesn't rock like a boat, and it feels great riding around in my car. I recommend Brown's. Local, honest, and transparent mechanic! I'll be using Brown's from now on.

Wayne changed the rear wheel hub, taken in mind 2 months ago the rear wheel hub was changed by them. and I was told I needed the front wheel hub changed. Apparently recently they changed computer system. When I called to inform Wayne the car still sounds lithe same. He made a better judgment to change the rear because the front brakes needed to repair and to save me money. After two rear wheel hubs changed my car still sound LOUD. I got my FRONT wheel hub change in Austin and NO noise and my car runs smoothly. Dishonesty and I will never do business with them ever.

I appreciated that the owner, Kevin, took the time to go through all of the items that they noticed on inspection. He included a thorough list and estimated prices for each line item, and then talked through the list with me at length to decide what was a 'must have' and what was a 'wish list' item. He also told me what items i could do myself to save money, and gave me pointers on how to do them. Anytime something would come up that would cause additional cost or time, he was sure to call and inform me. I also appreciated that Kevin took the time to teach me about my car in a respectful and friendly way! All too often, as a woman, I feel slighted by mechanics who think that I either don't know or don't care about what is going on. Kevin went the extra mile when my car died on her drive home from the shop. He met me at the gas station where I was dead in the water, diagnosed the problem, ordered a part for us that we picked up around the corner, and installed it right there in the gas station parking lot. then followed me home to make sure it was ok! Well, I'm back, Linda K…read more Its been two days since my last post. Thursday, July 16, 2026, All American called for another $5,000 payment. I wasn't surprised, but pissed! I went to All American RV Service On Friday, July 17, 2026, to make another payment of $6000 they were asking for, and to tell them this is it...I'm out of money. I had been to their shop of Tuesday July 14, 2026 to see the progress and everything was in disarray, something missing on every work order. Just enough missing to where I can't say, "Stop I'm taking my trailer". I do believe this is their game plan to keep you from pulling out, and their money flow coming. On Tuesday, July 14, 2006 my balance was $5,700.79 . Since, they were asking for a payment of $6000, I thought they were rounding up. But no, they presented me with a new repair order with a balance of 7,900.79. That another $2,200 since, my last repair order of Tuesday, July 14, 2026, just two days ago, and still nothing completed. Now, repair order went from $7,674.46 to $17,900.79. What the heck! I told them get the toilet in and the gas line fixed and no more. They told me, they'd finish the door lock and stabilizer at the original quote, which I paid ($2,644.88) back on May 18, 2026. "How kind of them", but I would still owe some $ amount for finishing the toilet and the gas line. Like I said, they will leave some of each of the projects undone (torn apart) to keep you from leaving before they squeeze every last $cent from your savings. Shame on them for doing this to people, but shame on me, and you if don't heed this warning. Go to a reputable RV dealer and repair service. Linda K

Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle on the other side of Houston. Naturally I wanted Freedom to inspect before the purchase. But the dealership wouldn't allow the car to be transported. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. After talking to Sunny he went way out of his way to drive to where I was to inspect and resolve the situation. That is how dedicated and how much he cares about his customers. Once again this shop saved my bacon!…read more The spouse had two encounters where she destroyed two wheel rims on the same wheel. That's bad luck and I finally got that fixed at the tire shop but there was still a shimmy at highway speed. Finally I remembered that I should get the front-end alighment checked out after something like that occurred (the tire shop won't fix it). One Stop Auto took a look and found that the bushings were worn out and needed replacement on the front-end cross-braces to the sub-frame (After all, he car is a 2009 model) . It cost several hundred, but they gave me a discount on the parts. Now it's fixed it up and drives great once again. Furthermore they warned me of a few items that would need service in the next year or so also and told me what symptoms to watch for. These guys are simply the best: they do deep diagnoses on your car, search for good prices on parts and then, once you OK it, do the work very quickly. They're a great example of how an excellent organization is more than the sum of its parts.
