This is surprising since I'd never used a sewing machine before. At a class this week, I met another lady who got a REALLY great deal on a refurbished high end sewing/embroidery machine and after sleeping on it, decided to go back the next day to see if they could find another deal like that for me. Well, George happened to be there and he and Karen found me a near-new machine with less than 10k stitches on it!!! Needless to say, I came home with a MAJOR upgrade at a GREAT price. These folks really know their machines and supplies, and make themselves available to help their clients and answer every question one could have...and as a super-newbie, I have an overwhelming amount. :) I look forward to spending many more happy hours there learning to use my new power tool with thread and mastering my new hobby. I am thrilled to be part of the Moore's family of clients.

I understand that things have gotten very expensive, although Mr. Camarena should cool his jets a bit when dealing with customers. We purchased the machine from them a few years back and my wife is a light user. I made the critical mistake of questioning their repair price and lack of any explanation as to what is included. Mr Adolf became very arrogant and testy with me. You would think that they could have a better attitude with a repeat customer and be a little more customer friendly. Find a better repair option than these clowns!

They have a small assortment of fabrics and it looked like they had a good selection of notions. I actually dropped in to drop a machine for service. Fingers crossed that they'll be able to get my machine back up and running. It was a machine that my friend gave me, but I wasn't able to get it to work. I'll update my review in about 3 weeks when I hear back from them. They had several machines ahead of me - but that's ok, I'm in no hurry.

I brought in my older, discontinued Bernina to find a new sewing foot. While the staff initially helped me determine that the parts wouldn't fit my model, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse once I expressed interest in upgrading my machine. As a digital artist, I was genuinely excited by the modern digital displays and asked technical questions regarding firmware, Bluetooth connectivity, and the ability to upload my own vector-based artwork. Instead of answering, the senior saleswoman repeatedly cut me off. Her response to almost every question was a condescending, "Why can't you look that up on the website?" or "Did you know there's a website?" Her tone was arrogant and made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. A few major red flags for potential customers: Lack of Transparency: No prices or information are displayed on any of the machines. High-Pressure Tactics: I was verbally quoted $1,999 for a model and told if I didn't buy it by the end of the month, the price would jump to over $3,000. Poor Customer Service: When I thanked her upon leaving, she gave me zero reaction. I even called another location to report my experience, and the person on the phone seemed completely indifferent--not a single apology was offered. I am a sewer who helps teach beginners in a local senior group, and I was prepared to be a loyal customer. Instead, I left feeling irritated and dismissed. I will be looking into other brands like Juki or Janome and will certainly be advising my sewing community to avoid this establishment.

The space itself is gorgeous with terrazzo tables, rattan pendant lights, and a wall of colorful glaze swatches that make it feel like a creative sanctuary. We painted ceramics together and the whole experience was way more fun than either of us expected. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, checking in on us throughout without being intrusive. I actually slipped out mid session to grab drinks from next door and they had zero issues with us bringing them in, which was such a nice touch. And when we ended up finishing right at closing time, the team handled it with total grace and never made us feel rushed. The glaze color wall alone is worth the visit. There are so many options that it's almost overwhelming in the best way. Whether you're artistic or a complete beginner like me, you'll leave with something you're genuinely proud of. If you're looking for a unique, low key date spot with a great vibe and even better staff, Kitsch is it. We're already planning our next visit!

Love that you can bring in your own food and drinks while painting your ceramic. Love their selection of ceramics. They have a lot of cute ones from small to large. There is a price difference if you plan on choosing a bigger ceramic to paint. Once you choose your ceramic, staff will tell you how to choose your paint colors and how many layers are needed for a certain color to show. They're very thorough at making sure you get what you need. My girlfriends and I spent about 3 hours here. It was very fun. We got to catch up with each other during this period. Picking up our ceramics did take about a week. They'll hold your items for you for up to 60 days. Definitely a fun activity for all ages!
