Fabric as you enter the store.

Great prices! A lot of fabric is $2/yard. It's a bit crowded with rolls of fabric, but just ask and if they have it it'll be pulled out. There's lots of ribbon, lace, and decorative trims. Zippers and buttons, too. However, you need to spend time searching. Things aren't packaged and organized like a regular retail store. He takes only cash.

Avoid this store. It would be more accurate to call it a fabric dump. I. Use a walker and there was so much clutter in the isles I couldn't get past the entrance. I told the owner that I needed sewing needles and he didn't carry needles for hand sewing. The store looked like it should be in a ghetto.

Crowded but that just means more fabrics to choose from!!!

TONYS IS NOT CLOSED!!! I was so bummed trying to find a fabric at Joanne's bc they didn't have anything that could work for my Halloween costume. I found this place on Yelp but almost didnt go to check it out bc Yelp reported it as closed. I was driving by and happened to see it not only open, but giant bolts of fabric pouring out of the doors. What a selection!!! I felt like I was on an adventure digging thru the giant rolls of fabric. And it's not just fabric.... lace, leathers, thread, baskets, zippers, buttons, ribbons...... everything you could need!!! I paid $1.50 a yard for each fabric I chose (others might be more expensive) and a huge cone of thread was $0.75!! I can't believe I've paid $3 for a tiny thing of thread of Joanne's. This is definitely the place to go for all your sewing and crafting needs!!!

It's a very good place!!! Tony so friendly lot of chip fabric and clear! I suggest him!

You cannot go wrong with the prices here, even if it's a bit crowded. I have saved myself many trips to downtown LA by coming here first.

Not sure why this is marked as CLOSED. Went today and got a great deal on fabric for my wedding. Lots of variety and very affordable prices.

Absolutely love this store. Plan on spending a good hour just looking through all the material,…read morelace, and trims they have. When I first arrived there was a super long line just to get fabric cut. I decided to shop for a while until there were only two people in line. They are really good at getting everyone through as quick as possible and had over 6 people just cutting yardage. After you get your fabric cut, you go to a second line to pay, but I only waited about 2 minutes. I guess just timed it right. HINT: they have the full price fabric up by the front door. Skip that and head to the piles of fabric towards the side and back of the store. The only thing I couldn't find there was on brand fabrics like Hello Kitty and the Nightmare Before Christmas. As if their prices weren't low enough, they have a bargain area in the back of the store with even lower prices and other specialty materials like vinyl. Plenty of parking as well.

The store has a wide selection of fabrics and it can be a bit overwhelming, but with patience you will surprise yourself with your findings. And if you're looking for something in particular do ask the store staff - everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. Though no place will replace Joann's this place comes close.

More Than Just A Frame…read more Went to Hobby Lobby looking for a picture frame for a short poem that means a great deal to me. I quickly became puzzled over the frame color, size, and whether to use a mat or not. Thankfully, Kim came to the rescue. She was patient, thoughtful, and walked through several options with me without ever making me feel rushed. With her wonderful eye and expertise, we found a frame that fit perfectly, and adding the mat made the poem look so dimensional and lovely. It truly brought the piece to life. I also didn't realize they do custom framing, and that really fills a gap left when our local art store was lost during Covid. It is comforting to know there is still a place where people genuinely care about helping you create something meaningful and beautiful. Thank you, Kim, for making what felt overwhelming into such a warm and lovely experience.

It's a pretty big and spacious Hobby Lobby…read more I don't usually go to Hobby Lobby as it's more convenient for me to locate a Michael's closer to me, but it's always nice to stop by when I get the chance too since there's always a mish mash of neat things that they have, either for cosplay, gifts for others, arts and crafts, etc. We're still 10+ days until Valentine's Day, but they were already clearing a good chunk of that out and all of the Easter stuff has been moved in. It's the same as any other arts and crafts store, you gotta be at LEAST 2 months early to get the best pick of the batch. Though on the other hand, you can get the super clearance items later on in the holiday season. I liked that there's lots of cute prints for their fabrics and different textures, seeing that most Walmarts don't have this anymore and Joann's is completely decimated. I think my main issues are all of the AI SLOP art that's being sold to those who cannot tell the difference and the fact that there was shoplifting randomly during our visit. Sucks, but yeah, it's mostly the AI slop that sickens me. I couldn't find anything that I needed during my visit, but my friend got some cupcake liners since the ones she ordered online were mini even though the website said nothing about the sizing, so she assumed they were regular sized. They, of course, had no Valentine's Day ones leftover, so she found cute bow ones. For on sale and clearance items, it works!

They have a small assortment of fabrics and it looked like they had a good selection of notions. I actually dropped in to drop a machine for service. Fingers crossed that they'll be able to get my machine back up and running. It was a machine that my friend gave me, but I wasn't able to get it to work. I'll update my review in about 3 weeks when I hear back from them. They had several machines ahead of me - but that's ok, I'm in no hurry.

I brought in my older, discontinued Bernina to find a new sewing foot. While the staff initially helped me determine that the parts wouldn't fit my model, the experience took a sharp turn for the worse once I expressed interest in upgrading my machine. As a digital artist, I was genuinely excited by the modern digital displays and asked technical questions regarding firmware, Bluetooth connectivity, and the ability to upload my own vector-based artwork. Instead of answering, the senior saleswoman repeatedly cut me off. Her response to almost every question was a condescending, "Why can't you look that up on the website?" or "Did you know there's a website?" Her tone was arrogant and made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. A few major red flags for potential customers: Lack of Transparency: No prices or information are displayed on any of the machines. High-Pressure Tactics: I was verbally quoted $1,999 for a model and told if I didn't buy it by the end of the month, the price would jump to over $3,000. Poor Customer Service: When I thanked her upon leaving, she gave me zero reaction. I even called another location to report my experience, and the person on the phone seemed completely indifferent--not a single apology was offered. I am a sewer who helps teach beginners in a local senior group, and I was prepared to be a loyal customer. Instead, I left feeling irritated and dismissed. I will be looking into other brands like Juki or Janome and will certainly be advising my sewing community to avoid this establishment.
