So I walked back to the counter for assistance and stood next to the man and just waited until she was done with her conversation. Then the man walked out after 5mins and another woman walked in the store. So the woman behind the counter completely ignored me and started another spanish conversation with the new customer! I again politely waited for her to finish her conversation, then they both walked away. So I just walked out. Just because she was extremely rude she lost out on a very big sale. So unless you walk in and start a spanish conversation about futbol, you will be ignored.

I had just stepped into ribbon heaven. I came away with maybe 20 different ribbons, maybe 5 yards each and $48 bill. Well worth it. I wanted various types to make ribbon book markers. Her response to almost every question was a condescending, "Why can't you look that up on the website?" or "Did you know there's a website?" Her tone was arrogant and made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. A few major red flags for potential customers: Lack of Transparency: No prices or information are displayed on any of the machines. High-Pressure Tactics: I was verbally quoted $1,999 for a model and told if I didn't buy it by the end of the month, the price would jump to over $3,000. Poor Customer Service: When I thanked her upon leaving, she gave me zero reaction. I even called another location to report my experience, and the person on the phone seemed completely indifferent--not a single apology was offered. More Than Just A Frame…read more Went to Hobby Lobby looking for a picture frame for a short poem that means a great deal to me. I quickly became puzzled over the frame color, size, and whether to use a mat or not. Thankfully, Kim came to the rescue. She was patient, thoughtful, and walked through several options with me without ever making me feel rushed. With her wonderful eye and expertise, we found a frame that fit perfectly, and adding the mat made the poem look so dimensional and lovely. It truly brought the piece to life. I also didn't realize they do custom framing, and that really fills a gap left when our local art store was lost during Covid. It is comforting to know there is still a place where people genuinely care about helping you create something meaningful and beautiful.
