This thing is on a big piece of ciabatta, toasted in their panini press. This thing is soooooo delicious. They usually premade it which isn't the same but I somehow manage to get there when their cold case is empty so that means..... fresh hot rotisserie!!! This hits the spot everytime! The worker who took my order, the young man was trying to work as fast as he could considering he was way past his time to take a lunch. It was a bit long to make two sandwiches but I understand considering everyone else was helping someone. He was nice, apologized for the wait. He made a damn good sandwich!
