Party menu to order for family events. Good prices for the size. I ordered the spare ribs, chicken chow mein, and curry fish balls. All small trays but it fed a lot of people.

    On sale for $6

Forget all of your Asian groceries in Asian needs. Pretty crowded on weekends so I recommend going on a weekday if possible. Parking is pretty good as well. There is plenty of space. Sometimes you have to walk a little bit, but it's not bad at all. Prices are reasonable and you can find all your Asian favorites. A few of mine are the Korean nongshim shrimp chip, pocky's and a variety of Asian flavored chips. Located inside an Asian plaza there are restaurants, shops, and boba cafes.

The public restroom in this complex could use a visit from the Anti Punk Squad.

I always enjoy visiting 99 Ranch. My favorite section is the seafood area. Most especially I enjoy checking out the price of crab in hopes of finding out it has dropped. They have live fish as well. Today there was one last tilapia playing possum I suppose in hopes of not being chosen. Tricky little fella ha ha.

Smell bad after I open it , not going to buy it again

Don't buy a frozen Tamagoyaki in Ranch 99 , it smells weird, likes moldy smell and stinky !

RAT IN THE FROZEN FOOD SECTION !!!

This place has rats all in the frozen section all in the seafood and if that was only rat shown, I can only imagine what else has rats what else has been picking at the food and what else is dirty or infected? I don't shop here and I will never shop here. It's really sad this place is close to my home but after seeing that video on TikTok with the RAT IN the food FROZEN section, I will never shop here and I will tell everyone that I know to never shop here. it's disgusting.!

Love coming here to explore the snack aisles! 99 Ranch always has something new--from spicy chips to sweet mochi and unique candies I've never seen before. It's a snack-lover's dream and super fun to try something different each visit. There's also a really great pho restaurant inside the building too!

    Still open on July 4

Been coming here since I was a kid, I absolutely love it here in Ranch 99. It's just so good to come here and purchase all my groceries here, such a purple yam/ube, chrysanthemum greens (tong ho), black rice, Korean fire noodles, and all sorts of Asian desserts that you can't get elsewhere. This mall brings a lot of nostalgia for me. Love it here.

I was excited to find 99 Ranch market literally right across the walkway from where we are just had a pretty unacceptable meal, and I was thrilled to be able to go in and do some quick shopping. This location in Richmond is very well stocked with a great variety of both fruits and vegetables, as well as plenty of other goodies throughout the store. We quickly made our way up and down most of the aisles, and I was quickly able to grab quite a few items that I haven't been able to find local to me in quite some time. Yes, they even had sake, which has been a hard to find commodity on and off throughout Covid. There aren't a lot of people working in the store, and it was fairly quiet, and the shelves were fairly well stocked. They definitely had some glaring gaps of items that they must've been out of. The only downside was the cashier. She was incredibly either unhappy to be working, or perhaps, maybe she's been working all day and just was tired of people. Who knows. I just know that while we were checking out, she asked if we needed bags. Usually when I grocery shop, I bring my own reusable bags, but because I hadn't planned on a shopping trip after dinner, I needed their bags. She originally only offered me one bag, and yes, they do charge for them, and she pulled it out from underneath the cabinet and threw it on the counter. I chose to ignore it, but when we needed a second bag, she did the same thing. Again, maybe she was just really unhappy. This is definitely one of the cleaner 99 Ranch markets that I've been in, and if I'm in the area, I absolutely would stop in again. I know it's an easy go to for things that are difficult to find again local to me. Pricewise, they are definitely not reasonably priced, and better bargains certainly can be found elsewhere.

It's a decent 99 ranch market comparing to other location. The selections or items are pretty good. It is reasonable clean and spacious.

No line, parking with open slots, we were #2 in line. 9am doors opened, greeted from the staff, "Welcome in". Came for the fresh sashimi and Hawaiian goods. We just got back from Maui. Found the pre-sliced sashimi. The fish monger overheard our conversation. I was explaining the fish assortment to my wife. He also gave us for Free, Fresh Wasabi root to shave on our fish assortment. I had him cut a few pieces of Tako for us. They we went shopping for Hawaiian goods. S&S Siamin, char sue Manapua, guava Jam etc This is such a great market

Today, I arrived around 2:30p. There were still items available, for me they were my second or third go to items - although I did get a couple firsts. At Tokyo Fish Market, I get my mochi fix (ice cream and shelf), eel and mackerel sushi, tamago and tako sashimi, unagi musubi and onigiri, tako and seaweed salad, flavored aloe waters and chicken katsu (for lil one). All things Japanese can be found here to satisfy whatever craving you may have. I have been coming here for over 20 years now, the quality has never varied - always excellent. I have made special requests, last minute, staff are great at trying to accommodate if they can. I definitely recommend Tokyo Fish Market to locals and those in surrounding areas. The prices are super reasonable. There is definitely no other place like it around here. Only con, parking, especially if you arrive the first few hours after they open. Their parking lot is small and tight, fitting three cars and ADA when you first enter and three to four cars before the exit. There is metered street parking directly in front and down the block, including across the street. It is about a 5 minute drive from the Gilman exit, make a left at the light right after Berkeley Bowl. I get off the Albany exit and ride down San Pablo so I can try to park on the same side as the market. If the weather is nice out, grab your wants from here, take a blanket (all have benches, availability limited) then drive to a nearby park for a picnic and play. Options include Aquatic Park, Cedar Rose Park and Strawberry Creek Park (5 min drive) to Berkeley Marina and Caesar Chavez Park (10 min drive with an off leash dog park onsite and a pathway circling the water). Enjoy!

I vote for a big EOY bonus for both of them! I called this market ahead of time to confirm they carried Everyday Dose collagen (new and amazing product w/ L-Theanine, Lion's mane, Chaga and Cordyceps). I was told they do. An hour long commute later, a kind lady with fiery red hair named April showed me three locations where Collagen could be. They did not have it. I was disappointed and exhausted - long trip for nothing. James, the store manager, offered a free collagen sample from another brand and apologized for the misinformation shared during my phone call. Just as I was checking out, April showed up out of nowhere carrying coffee beans from the same brand infused with collagen I was looking for. A NEW PRODUCT TO TRY WITH COLLAGEN I WAS LOOKING FOR. I went home absolutely thrilled. In a world where people are too busy to care, James and April reminded me how everyday acts of kindness can completely change someone's day.
