He even said he won't take it and that he'll charge me next time. His reason is other "customers don't want them." That's not my problem as coins are legal tender. It's not like I paid all in pennies, sheesh. Another time, my payment was off by one cent and he demanded I pay (cash only) which I don't have because I usually don't carry much cash. Another customer gave me a penny to pay, which made the transaction very uncomfortable. Despite me being a customer for a long time all he cares about is the money...down to the penny. There's a bottle cap washing station that has been broken forever and never repaired. My guess is he doesn't want people using it and wasting his water.
