If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked D & N Entertainment LLC in good faith, but the experience was incredibly unprofessional and borderline fraudulent. After I asked reasonable questions about their vague contract--which they only sent after demanding a signature--the vendor became aggressive, refused to refund my deposit, and then blocked me on both Instagram and Facebook to silence any accountability. Their supposed "refund policy" was never included in the invoice or mentioned at the time of booking. It magically appeared on their website only after I started asking questions. Instead of responding professionally, they deflected blame and claimed I canceled--completely false. I was simply asking for transparency and protection from potential misuse or damage claims for a product I hadn't seen. I've since filed a police report, submitted a BBB complaint, and initiated a credit card dispute. Small claims court is next. I have plenty of receipts to prove they are unprofessional, unethical, and fraudulent! If you're a parent or planning an event, avoid this company. There are too many reputable and honest vendors out there--this is not one of them. read more

I 1st came across D & E Party Supply rentals on Here when looking to rent out white chairs for my tea party. Spoke to Nancy and she seemed really sweet and nice. She sent me a photo of the chairs right after I hung up with her right away. Booked her for a little over a dozen chairs and wrote up a contract for me for rental and texted it over. Since it was only about 13 chairs. I was able to pick it up & returned it the next day b4 noon, myself Needing a jumper On 11.06.21. I contacted Nancy literally a few days b4 the party for a jumper. She only have a standard jumper available. Booked her on Thursday and my daughter was happy w her bday Party. Nancy arrived at noon as she stated to set up the jumper. Wiped it down before she left. I did have to contact Nancy during the party was worried there was something wrong with the jumper. She was in contact and responded to my texts right away. Was even going to come out and check on the jumper in the evening but than it was ok. My power wasn't so powerful as it seemed but worked fine. Texted me right before she picked it up. I've recommended Nancy to a friend in Anaheim for tables, chairs, gazebos, bar tables. All had good experience with her and the price is really reasonable. I'd highly giving D & E Party supplies a chance. Definitely will be returning for my future party needs. They also have Piñatas at their store read more

I tried to keep my security deposit because I dropped the tables and chairs off at 1p.m. the day following the event. The lady told me upon pickup that they needed to be back by 5:00 p.m. 10 minutes of arguing later and the deposit was returned but not before showing how they treat their customers. Love this place! I go here once in a while during lunch. They sell prepared fruit or snacks and are so good. Aside of my visits during lunch, I actually ordered a piñata for my sons 1st birthday back in August. They did an awesome job and made just what I wanted. All I did was provide them with a picture and colors I wanted. I added a picture of the piñata so you can get an idea. I used this place for renting 40 chairs for a party and they were so cheap! It was $0.50 per chair and $5 per table, and they'll deliver/pickup for a fee. It was a bit difficult in arranging pickup, because they don't follow their hours posted, but they will work with you on setting a time to pick up. She even picked up the chairs from me for free because I did her a favor in picking up the chairs from her 2 days prior to when needed to make it convenient for her. Do not go here!! My husband ordered a Scooby Doo piñata three weeks ago. When he ordered the piñata, the lady googled Scooby Doo, and specifically questioned whether my husband wanted the "dog" or the "people". The lady took my husband's information down, including our phone number and the date of our party. She told him that the piñata would be ready for our party on 7/11/15 and if it was finished earlier she would call us. Today, 7/8/15, we stopped by the shop to check on the status and to order balloons. When we asked about the piñata, she told husband that she remembered him and even showed us her invoice for our order, but she "could not do it." She said that she would "try tomorrow." Well tomorrow is Thursday and our party is Saturday. These people are total flakes. Unless they have the piñata you want in stock don't trust that yours will be custom made and ready to go! read more
