After three weeks of never getting a call back I went back to see if it was ready. Of course it was not ready. The employee called the manager on the spot and the manager said they didn't stain my shirt and they could do nothing about it. This business needs to be closed! No respect, no accountability! I arrived at 4:58 PM to drop off my dry cleaning, just before closing. As I approached, the door was being locked. I asked if I could still drop off my items. The employee at the door looked to a coworker, who pointed at the clock. She visibly rolled her eyes, unlocked the door, and walked away without greeting me, no acknowledgment, no basic courtesy. At that point, I chose not to leave my items. It wasn't about the timing, it was the attitude. If your posted hours say you're open until a certain time, customers should not feel like an inconvenience for arriving within that window. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. There's no reason to spend money where you're clearly not welcomed.
