If kindness had a spin cycle, its name would be Pamela. My washer and dryer were delayed after a move, which meant I had to do something I haven't done in years. I went... to a laundromat. I Googled "best laundromat in Dallas" and ended up at Lemon Fresh Wash and Dry, a family owned business run by the fabulous Mrs. Pamela. This woman is an angel disguised as a laundromat queen. I came in to do a few loads, got distracted living my life, and completely forgot an entire load in the dryer. Didn't remember until after they closed. I called the next morning prepared to grovel, but Pamela just laughed and said, "I see them and I'm going to run them again so they aren't crunchy." Crunchy. She said that with love. And then she FOLDED THEM. Folded. Them. For. Me. Ma'am... what kind of customer service sorcery is this? When I first walked in and asked how her day was going, she said "Great! I never have a bad day." After meeting her, I fully believe this. She radiates the type of joy you can feel from across the room. I flew in to visit my brother who's in the hospital here in Dallas. I took a Lyft to the laundromat due to limited amount of clothing I could take on my carryon. I show up and it's only cash transactions, no debit card or touch to pay. Jennette the employee was such a sweet heart and instead of me having to take another ride share to an atm, she kindly allowed me to use the washer and dryer for my clothing What an amazing experience and customer service! The second I get in I got warm and welcoming greeting. The machines cost 2 for the top loader all the way to 6.25 for the massive bulk washers. The owner loves to help you out as much as possible. The also offer a wash and dry service which is 2.25 a lbs which is a reasonable price. The got a coin machine that can break bills into quarters. The also have snack and two soda machines. read more

She showed me what machines I needed and how long to dry them since I had one very large throw blanket and one 15lbs weighted blanket. Arrived to find 1/2 the machines out of order and the location was filthy. Reviews lie.

Overall not a bad launderette. Some of the machines are out of order but that's to be expected when there are well over 30 washing machines. Prices were not bad $3.50 for a large front load washer and they did a reasonable job although I will say my wife did have a white blouse with a stain on the front and it didn't get the stain out and we were using a name brand washing detergent not a cheap one. Driers seemed to work pretty well and didn't take too long to get our stuff dry. read more

Pamela is an absolutely stunning woman of friendliness, graciousness, and helpfulness. She is also very knowledgeable on laundry sanitization and getting rid of that mildew smell. It is obvious that many people come here regularly, and I see why. The laundromat itself is spacious, clean, calm, and overall great value. The laundry at my apartment is out of order, so I packed up everything, bath mats and blankets included. I was able to do all of it at the same time and Pam is VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. The facility is clean, well lit and has nice plants and everything you need, including snacks. It was a very pleasant experience. read more

I rarely use a laundromat, but my Comforter doesn't fit in my washing machine. This is a nice establishment with new machines. When you wash, you can dry for free. There's a massage chair inside, and vending machines. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'll return to wash my comforters again. Loitering of sketchy characters would be my only concern. read more

Absolutely such a nice family owned business. The woman who is working, speaks to every person who walks in the door and makes you feel so welcomed. I'm here on a travel nursing assignment and I promise I will not go anywhere else. She asked me if I needed anything to drink, the WiFi code, just so sweet and genuine. She makes you feel welcome. I love seeing businesses like this. There's plenty of washers and dryers to use. Decently priced and had no issues. Any machine that was not working had a sign on it, which is nice. Highly recommend. I've taken my clothes to wash at this place a few times now. So Far so good. The folks running the place are very helpful, friendly, and polite. Pamela was especially helpful. Machines seem to be regularly maintained. Especially since there is a pretty scarce amount of spin wash places in Dallas, this is a very pleasant surprise. You have a range of options in terms of types of machines to use at different price levels. That being said it's not too expensive. The area feels pretty safe as well.
