Our favorite of the three Fiesta Wineries on the Texas Hill Country Wineries Passport Wine Trail. The wine pourers do a great job of describing each wine and sharing info they know. Wonderful deck where we can enjoy the tasting while enjoying the peaceful and serene view.

Plenty of selection to take home!

Wonderful! What a great quiet location for a sip of wine with friends or an event. Plenty of outside seating, wonderful views, and a unique koi pond. We will be back when the weather is warmer to fully appreciate this beautiful winery.

After hiking for two hours in 105 degrees heat at Colorado Bend State Park, I was starving and a little dehydrated. It was just my brother and I, we both were extremely sweaty when we walked in. Despite that, we were greeted and welcomed in a fully air conditioned winery. There were a few tables available and a very charming lady named La Donna. She was by far the best waitress. My brother and I settled on the wine tasting for $12, also got two small pizzas. We sampled six wines, mostly sweet wines and only two dries for my brother. Tempranillo, Savannah rose, Back porch sitting, Happy trails, Texas summer night, and country road. My three favorites were: Happy trails (HT), back porch sitting (BPS), Savannah rose (SR). HT was the sweetest for my liking, with a hint of peaches. It tasted like I was just drinking peach juice with a little amount of alcohol. BPS was delicious because it reminded me of eating berry cobbler. This had more alcohol, but it was leveled out evenly. SR was recommended by a lady at another table. So, I gave it a try and I wasn't disappointed. I loved the taste and smell. Now, TX summer night, Tempranillo, and Country road were just ok. My brother mostly enjoyed the Tempranillo and country road since those were dry and spicy. For the pizzas, we weren't expecting them to seem like two big larges. They were huge. I just wonder what a large looks like. I absolutely loved the vineyard pizza. It was the best and it paired very well with my favorite wine: happy trails. I loved that every bite was packed with flavor. From the caramelized pears, cheese, onions, and thick crust. It washed the alcohol down perfectly, but left me very sleepy. I really wanted to try the dessert wines, but I'll try em next time. Fiesta Winery has three locations: two in Frederickburg and this one in Lometa. This winery was my first and I loved how Mrs. La Donna took the time to explain the different wines. Prior to coming here, the only wine I sampled was moscato. I didn't know about the different kinds like Merlot, port, Pinot, and such. On our way checking out, we sampled more wines such as Lime in the coconut canned wine. It was tasty. My brother was trying to figure out which bottle he wanted to buy. My mistake was not buying my favorite bottle and now I've suffered from lost memories and fond dreams of this delicious pizza and wine. I love this place. Next time, I would want to see the grapes and garden. Thank you Fiesta Winery for the best first winery experience and amazing service!

We are members of Harvest Host and stayed one night at Fiesta Winery in our new travel trailer. They were very welcoming, coming out to show us where to park. There was plenty of land for our dog, Bailey, to run but there were a lot of those little bur thingies all over so I was picking them out of her feet. She learned quickly to stay on the dirt road and not run in the field! She made a friend with one other campers dog. We tasted many different yummy wines and bought a few bottles. All in all this was a beautiful place to stay. There was a large area in the bag to enjoy a bottle of wine and watch the beautiful Texas sunset!

Came out this afternoon with my husband and best friends. I'm the only one that has ever been, which totally shocked me. We had such a nice relaxing time! We did the wine tasting, which is a must!! 6 wine samples for $12 and you get a wine glass. We loved getting to sample so many of them and we chose different ones so we got lots of feedback. We ended up buying a bottle and got wine slushes to drink while we hung out on the covered outdoor patio and enjoyed the breeze and majestic views! It's so beautiful out there. The hostess was great and answered all our questions and told us her favorite wine when we had a hard time choosing what to get.

We unfortunately arrived a little late, and we brought a picnic lunch, so we didn't get to do a full tasting; however, we did buy a bottle and enjoy it with our meal. It was a white wine (front porch sittin?). It was too sweet for my taste, but the picnic area was A+

This is an inexpensive winery with nice scenery. I would go back again.

This is a great place to go on a nice day. There is plenty of outdoor seating and nice wines.

This is the view we enjoyed while having a little wine at Fiesta Winery yesterday.

Sarah, Joey, Kalen, Taylor, and Tori are absolutely the best! The customer service and care about the customer experience. Whenever I visit they are all always so helpful and polite. They truly care about wine and the vineyard are incredible knowledgeable about the tasting notes, the different vintages they have, and all the other aspects of wine. I truly appreciate all the knowledge about the barrels, and all the steps of the process they all possess. I've learned so much attending the regular tastings, vertical tastings, and window club dinners. Oh to even bring up the wine club dinners! They always have such good chefs and their setups are always nice. I appreciate the staffing and the attention to detail they always provide. Incredible evenings and fantastic food. Always a treat and a core memory. I've ate at so several Michelin star restaurants and had pairing. Albeit not always at the same caliber, as something like Alinea. It is hands down the best, and that is not even including the pricing. It's an absolute steal. And nothing in comparison for the area of central Texas. What Valley Mills Vineyards has cultivated goes far beyond the bottle. It is, in the truest sense, a living experience: one where the terroir of genuine human connection is as carefully tended as the vines themselves. In a world increasingly defined by transactional encounters and manufactured hospitality, Valley Mills stands as a quiet and remarkable exception, a space where passion is not performed but practiced, where knowledge is not gatekept but generously shared, and where every visit feels less like a transaction and more like a homecoming. I have raised a glass in some of the most celebrated rooms in the country, and yet it is here, in the heart of central Texas, that I find myself most genuinely moved, not by spectacle, but by sincerity. That is the rarest vintage of all.

I drank a glass of their moscato and liked it but their tastings were pretty light and it was 4 for 20$ which seemed like west coast prices. If they were better pours I wouldn't be complaining. The healthy portion of Burrata cheese, the acidity in the balsamic glaze and tomatoes creates a seamless match with the Sangiovese, enhancing the wine's red fruit characteristics without washing out the palate. For this trip, I also tasted the 2023 Meritage, a dark, complex blend anchored by Texas grown grapes including Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon balanced with Cabernet Franc. Offers layered aromas of cassis, graphite, baking spices and grounded by structured, firm tannins. My previous review included the feedback that prices were incredibly high.
