He helped me purchase my 2016 Ford Escape over a year ago, even with a fixed and tight budget. We bought our second vehicle from him last week, a 2015 Chrysler 200. The Chrysler we purchased off the budget lot, yet they still did an inspection on it, detailed it and replaced all 4 tires for us. I truly believe Branden wouldn't sell you a "bad" vehicle and that all the employees take pride in what they do.

It went back to the dealership so the service department could work on it. They've had it for five weeks plus and it still isn't fixed. When they picked it up, it died again and they had to call them to come and look at the truck. It's sitting in a parking lot and still won't run because R&B wanted to tow it back so they could work on it yet again. When they mentioned a lemon law, R&B said they would do what they could to fix the truck, but they didn't know if they could get them out of the loan even though R&B has had it at their establishment more than they've had it at their own . Then they offered to trade but they couldn't guarantee they would get out of the truck what they had to pay for it when they sold them this lemon. These people are dishonest and you should never buy a vehicle from them.

I just got a call that someone from Lucky 7 called them saying I wanted to change my mind and keep the vehicle which is a lie because I haven't been able to speak to anyone at the company since the 26th. The phone goes directly to a busy signal the moment you call. Including myself I have heard of 3 other people having the same issues where lucky 7 is claiming the title was"lost" in the mail. They say it's a two week wait for their service shop to look at it. Even though I paid $2400 for a warranty to cover everything. Two days later the car has a catastrophic engine failure. I have to tow it twice to get it to them. They literally take some parts off and put them back on and reset the Check Engine and tell me it's fixed. Two miles down the road I get gas. It takes 11 tries to start it. Two days later Check Engine is back on. I take it in that Monday. They give me a crappy loaner and not a rental car as my warranty garauntees. Wed they say it's fixed again. This time it doesn't make it 3 miles and has another engine failure. So, that's three tows in five weeks for a new car. They call me back after two days (again they gave me the same crappy loaner and this time it's on empty when I get it) and say Ford recalled this model and year for this exact problem. So, now Ford has it. I was told it would be done by Tues April 7, 2015. It is now Thurs. They have made no contact with me. I went in and met with the manager and he could not have been less empathetic. All excuses and it's not our fault. Never said he was sorry my family and I were stranded in the worst part of Fort Wayne at night for two hours waiting on the first tow. Not sorry that he has not honored the warranty in the least. Not sorry the second time it went dead I was stuck in rush hour traffic. He honestly could care less. He has my money so why should he care huh? They love to talk about how they are members of the Chamber and BBB and sponsor little league. So, that makes you a decent human being? No, it doesn't. You have dozens of places you can go. Avoid this one. Great during the signing process and terrible on the back end.

We purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Big Horn from Lakeside Chevrolet and were told it had been inspected…read moreand was in good condition. Within just a few days, our mechanic diagnosed a serious pre-existing camshaft issue. This is not something that develops in a few days and should have been caught before selling the truck. When we first reported the issue, we were told the truck was sold "as is" and there was nothing they could do. Only after we explained the seriousness did they mention bringing it four hours back to their shop, something our mechanic advised against because driving it that far risked further engine damage. We were without the truck for a week getting it repaired locally. The dealership later told the Attorney General we declined help, but the offer to "inspect it" came long after the initial refusal and after the severity of the repair was already known. We also corrected the dealer's inaccurate claim about the repair estimate. This entire experience has been disappointing, and we would caution others to be very careful when buying a used vehicle here.
