I responded to received advertisement offering free winter inspection. I was "on the alert mode" during the process, due to behavior of 2 man working in the front/office. As presented on attached estimate, I was informed that my car needs a replacement of rear breaks with the routers. Provided cost for this job was $512.71. Later I verified price for the parts if I would choose to move forward, which is approximately $170. I checked condition of my brakes with 2 other shops resulting in the same evaluation: all my brakes are in perfect condition (almost new}. 2nd issue presented to me was leak from Valve Cover Gasket. Replacement of that gasket was priced for $712.77. I check that cost with other shop. Quoted price was $200. Ironically my car didn't need that job as well. The mechanic "doing this inspection" sprayed some fluid excessively, to provide visual evidence. Afterword I monitored level of my oil, especially after longer trips. The level of my oil was and is perfect. After cleaning the fluid sprayed by Skiles Automotive mechanic, there are no more stains under my hood. One of the mechanics re-inspecting my car expressed " that this is outrage and insult to the industry". I agree with 1,000% intensity. I don't know how many people in this shop are involved in this stilling. I had dealing with 3 workers: Joey Garcia ; Service Advisor, Tim Wrightsman : Service Advisor and the mechanic. I am expressing my very sincere compassion to those who were taking advantage off by those "crooks". I would not feel save even park my car there.

My son just dropped off his 3-year old for preschool and found that the noise he had while driving her there was in fact a tire that had, at some point on the way to the school, come off the wheel/rim. Having a crappy phone, he called me (Mom) and I called around and price checked locations close to the preschool. Julie answered the phone, gave me quotes for both tire and wheel/rim, if needed. The cost was better than the other places I called for the tire but - if he needed a wheel/rim, the cost was much closer to what I expected. When I called back to make sure that he would be able to get in today to get it fixed, someone else answered the phone. He was very nice and assured me that although the schedule was full, he would take a look to determine if he needed a wheel/rim once he arrived so the shop could get it ordered from their usual supplier, and that he would work him in today. Less than 2 hours later, my son called to let me know he did not need a new wheel (YEAH) and that he was already back on the road home. Excellent communication, service, staff and pricing. Highly recommend giving them a chance when you need tire service. Thanks Sherwood Tire Staff!!!!

They wasted hours of my time and quite frankly offended me.  I called Bremen Auto Park Ford the night before and confirmed with them the car I was looking to acquire was available. I notified them I would be stopping by for a test drive in the morning and would be looking to purchase assuming no issues on the test drive. This morning, I drove over an hour to the dealership to test drive the car and then told the salesman I would like to buy the car right now. After sitting around waiting for 30 minutes I am informed they just sold it to someone else over the phone.  No apology or anything, they just told me they will call me if the other deal the brokered on the phone deal doesn't go through. The head sales manager was literally sitting in her back office on the phone trying to sell the car to someone else after I told the salesman I was working with I will buy this car now. I do not expect much from car dealerships, but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any car dealership.

Beware! 2017 F-150…read moreI don't have the time to give a full synopsis of what has happened, but the lifetime powertrain warranty was never filed with the extended warranty company. When it came time to file a claim I was not in the warranty companies system. I asked for help from Auto Park Ford Bremen for help and it tooks many days to even get a reply from both phone calls and e-mails. The vehicle needed a replacement transmission. I ended up authorizing the repairs because I could not wait any longer. This was/is the vehicle that my wife and daughter travel in. I really had trust in Auto Park to do the right thing. That was my fault to give them the benefit of the doubt. They are not trustworthy. I would never treat my customers this way. I ended up eating the entire cost. All service history has been done at a Ford dealership close to home (Fort Wayne). When returning the truck to the transmission shop (in Fort Wayne) for the two week follow-up checkup, they asked about the situation. They really could not believe what Auto Park put us through.
