My question was why did the young lady just didn't tell me that there was no manager on duty but they go and search high and low for another African-American woman to tell me, this was real questionable. Chase y'all have to do better. I think she just wanted to embarrass me in front of everybody which she did. I was not aggressive didn't show any anger with her or anything for her to do that to me.

They're not "cold" or impersonal - like what you'll get at those big, nation-wide banks. I have NO idea to what reviewer, Heather P, was referring, but providing false information is not helpful. You absolutely do NOT need to have a Debit/ATM card to withdraw money in-office. All you have to do is write a check. If you don't have one on you, they can provide one to you - I've done it a million times. It couldn't be easier. There's no doubt that my family and I will continue patronizing Midland Federal for years to come.

I just found out the bank was sold two years ago- had no idea that this occurred. Money has been being taken out of various savings accounts and being sent to ADT on a monthly basis- we do not have an account with ADT. It was simply a savings account so we didn't regularly check it. This also happened to another savings account at midland. We informed the bank and they refunded a partial amount. We will be taking this to the States Attorney's office for further investigation. If you have a savings account ( or any kind of account) make sure to go through it monthly

I needed copies of statements (mom had 4 different accts) for every month in last 5 years, copies of checks, CDs, etc. And I had to go back several times for more info. These personal bankers greeted me with a smile, and stopped what thet were doing to research and make a gazillion copies. And were patient and kind. Other institutes that I needed info from were horrible to me and wanted to charge me for every copy and signature.

Their wait time is rediculous in drive thru with only 1 or 2 cars there. Also, their ATM is so…read moreinconveniently put at the end of 1sr stall!!! On bldg! So you either wait for that car to be done, which could go on forever, or you drive around and get in front of that person and now, when their business is done, you are blocking them!
