Closed my 3 accounts after a bad experience with branch manager Belinda. Switched to Capital One and would not recommend this Chase bank branch to anyone. When asked by Chase corporate why I was choosing to close my accounts, I provided them with the reason and some honest feedback. It all fell on deaf ears. They couldn't care less one way or the other nor did they offer to help rectify the situation. With that it was bye-bye Chase. read more

went to cash my cashiers checks and the young lady told me that I couldn't take no money out. went and verified by another lady . she told her no . then I ask for a manager. she went and got a African-American lady because I was an African-American lady remind you I have been going to this branch for over 20 years I knew that this girl was not a manager she told me that there was no manager on duty. My question was why did the young lady just didn't tell me that there was no manager on duty but they go and search high and low for another African-American woman to tell me, this was real questionable. Chase y'all have to do better. I think she just wanted to embarrass me in front of everybody which she did. This bank sucks, ATM always out of service. Long lines at drive through. No notice in advance. You find out after waiting 15 mins.

This branch location is convenient, however there is one employee working at the front with customers who really lacks excellent customer service. Her attitude is horrible and as you are taking care of your transaction, she put everything on the desk so you can pick it up and I am sure my hands are much cleaner than hers. I don't think if you are not a people person, you should be working with the public. Just as she is having a bad day, I can also have a bad day, which I prefer not to bring it outside of my home, because it does not help me or the people I am dealing with. I have been there a few times and I always get her and it is the same every time. I do not like to put anyone's name on a bad review, I will use her first initial, however. Chase you need to provide more training to J. Customer Service is important these days! read more

Still the absolute worst branch ever. Parking lot is a death trap, ridiculously long lines in drive thru and the ATM works sometimes. It's faster to drive to LaGrange and 135th than to try to get service at this branch. read more

I was at the drive thru on Tuesday Nov 27th at 10am. I sat behind one car for an extremely long period of time while watching the customer and the African American teller have a long personal conversation, the kind two people have after they haven't seen each other in 10 years. The teller had ZERO concerns that another customer might be in a line that SHE was holding up for personal BS. I reversed, parked and went inside because I was in a HURRY as most people at. Low and behold SHE was my teller. Conversation went like this.... Teller.. "How are you today?" Me... "I'm in a HURRY. I was in the drive thru stuck behind a man who was chatting it up with a teller forever in the drive thru." (knowing full well it was her) Teller.... NO appology, no nothing, only thing she did was cash my checks and I left. I'm sorry but I pay too much in fees that to have to accept shitty customer service. And than there's the occasional, too many employees that are around looking like they have NO purpose. Overstaffed. Why is that? So they can charge more in fees, to pay for all those bodies just taking up space?! I'm giving some serious thought about changing banks. Maybe another bank would work harder to provide good customer service. After all, the $15 a month they charge in fees adds up, that's $180 annually. I'm paying $180 a year to hear all about my tellers social life, significant other or personal upcoming plans for 15 minutes. No thanks! Also, it's on camera, put those cameras to good use. Nov 27th at 10am check and see just how long the teller was yammering on with just that one customer. This is something I'd expect to see at TCF, not Chase. read more

Never really had a bad experience. An atm ate my money once, my fault for putting too many bills. Got it resolved quick though. The atm have a wait sometimes. So what. Some people are f'ing annoying, no patience as if the world revolves around them. read more

This is a new location that was just recently build. I just recently switched to Chase for banking myself so this is kind of a review on both this location and Chase a a whole. I had to stop in here to set a pin number for my new debit card and I was pretty impressed when I walked in. It's a large spacious location, and they have a lot of people working there. I came in on a Saturday morning, and naturally it was pretty busy. They have a few manned teller stations, as well as several automated tellers inside the lobby, which I though was really cool. I had to see a personal banker to set me pin, so I had to take a seat in the waiting area for someone to become available. After about a 10-15 minute wait someone came out and greeted me, and withing 5 minutes I was walking out the door. The wait was a little bit of a nuisance, but what can you expect on a Sat morn. The person who set my pin for me also apologized for the wait. This location, and Chase as a whole have impressed me so far. I would recommend to anyone who asked to use Chase, and this branch if your in the neighborhood. read more

Be aware when you cash your checks. Make sure you count your money in drive thru or inside. I cashed my check and just left the drive thru. When I got home and I counted the money I was $10 short. I called the bank and was told that no one was over so I probably made a mistake. No one was over because they pocket the money. I've been with Chase for many years and its sad how they treat long time clients. read more
