Review it carefully and make sure that there are no unknown excluded drivers added on it without your knowledge. It could lead to financial disaster. That's exactly what happened to me. I purchased car insurance here at fiesta Auto Insurance on the corner of Leonard and Whittier boulevard. I explicitly told the woman, (I think her name was Maria, dark black hair, heavy make up kind of like in drag), that it would only be me driving the vehicle and there will be no excluded drivers. After I got my policy in the mail I reviewed it and I was shocked that there was an unknown excluded driver that was added to my policy. I did a quick Google search and this is what I found "if an excluded driver gets in a wreck of any kind (your car or another) your insurance won't cover it, leaving YOU and the person responsible for it, liable for all damages potentially leading to massive out of pocket costs, claim denials and even HIGHER RATES". After learning this I went back to fiesta Auto Insurance and requested that this unknown excluded driver be removed immediately. Instead what I got was an argument from the same woman that opened the policy for me. She refused to remove it. She kept on insisting that it won't affect my insurance because they're excluded and that I should be more worried about using a PO box address on my policy. She even went as far as telling me that I should be more worried if I get into a crash. I told her I never got into a crash in my life and I don't intend to. But here's the part that really got me upset and all the consumers out there should be concerned of. She told me that the unknown excluded driver was already there when I was buying the insurance policy from her. But she never told me about it. That's ILLEGAL. We kept on going back and forth and I even told her I'm not here to argue with you. I told her what I found on Google and she dismissed it. Eventually I had to cancel my insurance with fiesta Auto Insurance. That woman was extremely rude, shady and pushy as hell. I did additional online research and found that if a broker or the insurance company refuses to remove the unknown excluded driver I can file a claim with the California insurance board. That is proof that what they did was illegal. Because of these shady practices I had to open up another insurance policy with Geico and spend additional money straining my finances. All that trouble because this woman wasn't forthcoming. This Fiesta Auto Insurance location deserves a million negative stars.

    To begin I was disappointed with this business, it's understandable that waiting is unavoidable but…read morelet a possible NEW client know the waiting time. 2 insurance representatives both busy but one is done first, after waiting 20 minutes watching her going back and forth talking to, I assumed receptionist, she takes out for lunch. Never approached me to let me know the status of the waiting or any professional courtesy. I walk in expecting too much, trying to give business to a fellow female who seemed to be making it in a mans world and I got sour grapes and a sarcastic AM SORRY look. Maybe she needs to take a better look at her franchises or a look at how her business is being run. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Could be a good sign, after reading pass complaints and how they con people, I DODGE A BULLET!!! Walked out upset and I crossed paths with the competition, a company called Just Auto Insurance. A better customer service with a smile on my face.

    I've been a Veronica's insurance member for over 5 years. When moving to this area I had a GREAT…read moreinsurance agent who then retired. She was AMAZING and my experience was AMAZING. She even contacted me when documents were due. Recently I came in and Odalys recognized me from a previous time and was able to assist me. I had an insurance claim for a total loss on my car. She seemed really cool at first , until I was unable to get in contact with her. I was unable to reach her for a month while I was out of state. I called both her work phone and the locations number. I even showed up to the office where I was able to leave a physical note the call center had also left her messages with my info to call back. I was STILL unable to receive a call back. I KEPT CALLING THE LOCATION AND SHE FINALLY ANSWERED. STUNNED , she then pretended it wasn't her and acted like she had transferred the call (to herself). I still remained nice , didn't call it out and continued to act professional, as I'm sure she was embarrassed to be avoiding me for no reason. I gave her grace , and didn't want to cause uncomfort just wanted to REALLY be HELPED! After finally helping me get my reimbursement , she only completed part of what should have been done. For 2-3 weeks I began to text her asking for updates and confirmations, where she never responded or followed up. After speaking with an agent on the phone I was finally able to confirm she never canceled my policy and I was days away from paying a couple hundred AGAIN for no reason. No person needs an insurance agent but someone like me who is busy , really relays on the assistance. I u def stand being busy but avoiding a client for no reason is really unprofessional. I do believe it's because her commission wouldn't be made as she is just helping me and not signing me up for a new insurance. I'm extremely disappointed with her professionalism, lack of communication, and customer service. I would never go out of my way to write a review but Veronica's , please keep your employees accountable, even when "busy". I will not be returning since she has made this experience very uncomfortable.
