To begin I was disappointed with this business, it's understandable that waiting is unavoidable but let a possible NEW client know the waiting time. 2 insurance representatives both busy but one is done first, after waiting 20 minutes watching her going back and forth talking to, I assumed receptionist, she takes out for lunch. Never approached me to let me know the status of the waiting or any professional courtesy. I walk in expecting too much, trying to give business to a fellow female who seemed to be making it in a mans world and I got sour grapes and a sarcastic AM SORRY look. Maybe she needs to take a better look at her franchises or a look at how her business is being run. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I've been a Veronica's insurance member for over 5 years. When moving to this area I had a GREAT insurance agent who then retired. She was AMAZING and my experience was AMAZING. She even contacted me when documents were due. Recently I came in and Odalys recognized me from a previous time and was able to assist me. I had an insurance claim for a total loss on my car. She seemed really cool at first , until I was unable to get in contact with her. I was unable to reach her for a month while I was out of state. I called both her work phone and the locations number. I even showed up to the office where I was able to leave a physical note the call center had also left her messages with my info to call back. I was STILL unable to receive a call back. I KEPT CALLING THE LOCATION AND SHE FINALLY ANSWERED. STUNNED , she then pretended it wasn't her and acted like she had transferred the call (to herself). I still remained nice , didn't call it out and continued to act professional, as I'm sure she was embarrassed to be avoiding me for no reason. I gave her grace , and didn't want to cause uncomfort just wanted to REALLY be HELPED! After finally helping me get my reimbursement , she only completed part of what should have been done. For 2-3 weeks I began to text her asking for updates and confirmations, where she never responded or followed up. After speaking with an agent on the phone I was finally able to confirm she never canceled my policy and I was days away from paying a couple hundred AGAIN for no reason. No person needs an insurance agent but someone like me who is busy , really relays on the assistance. I u def stand being busy but avoiding a client for no reason is really unprofessional. I do believe it's because her commission wouldn't be made as she is just helping me and not signing me up for a new insurance. I'm extremely disappointed with her professionalism, lack of communication, and customer service. I would never go out of my way to write a review but Veronica's , please keep your employees accountable, even when "busy". DO NOT go with this company. My daughter's boyfriend had a policy here and was in an accident. Now mind you this is his first car and ever getting insurance on his own. When reporting the accident his adjuster who was rude from the beginning asked if he listed everyone he lived with on his policy? obviously he didn't because no one else drive his car and they were minor and his parents have their own policy so why would he? Well this place denied him coverage because of the fact him not listing everyone. Be very careful with this insurance, they charge an extra $15 if you don't set up autopay with them. You pay 3 months upfront and they won't tell you that the months you pay are for the 1st month and the last 2. Ex: Month payed are (1) (5) (6), you must pay for month (2) (3) and (4). This is the weirdest insurance out there. If you call Customer service, they will transfer you multiple times until the right person can help you. When the hispanic girl that works at this location pulled up next to me going to work here parked next to me. She literally opened her door slamming my car as she didn't know i was sitting inside. When i asked her was that necessary she dod not care and brushed me off as if she was in a rush to go work with no regard to someone else property. After being with them for 2 years, they sent me a informing me my insurance coverage was at risk if I do not come in and submit photos of my car. My wife went in personally and had an employee take photos of the car. Problem solved? No. Three Months later, we receive the same letter. Turns out those initial photos were never submitted. We take care of the problem once more. And three months later, the letter again. We decided it was appropriate to end our relationship with this establishment. Horrible and awkward experience!! Felt like they were forcing us to get insurance with them. We came in for a quote on motorcycle insurance. As soon as we walked in and the way the agent greeted us gave me a bad impression. The greeting was dry and it seemed the person did not want to assist us- she did not introduce herself (she sits in the first desk on your right side). Another thing I considered a red flag was that the agent had to go through a notebook in order to find information about the insurance. ???? After several minutes and questions answered, we were provided with a quote, but it was too expensive for an insurance that prides itself in low cost, and it was a insurance unknown to us. Afterwards, once we decided we would not purchase insurance immediately and seek other options; the agent began to see if the price could go down, and started to ramble about different options to the point that it did not make sense anymore. She could have done this in the first place!!! Instead of having us wait, get a high price and then "lower" it down every time we said no. Once we noticed she was holding us back, my partner requested for his license to be returned and she made unprofessional & judgmental comments "why are you so nervous/don't be nervous/ it seems like you want cheap insurance and I swear you wont find anything elsewhere/ are you not buying because you don't like me" must I remind you, we never made a rude comment, we were polite the whole time. I swear she sounded just like an ex-GF who just got broken up with. When we continued to state we would seek other options, I guess their last option was to try and intimidate us by saying "Sorry, I cannot let you guys leave until I speak to my manager" (RED FLAG). Out of politeness we waited, but once we noticed she started to mumble and had us waiting, we decided to get up and walk away. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! All my stars are given out to sales rep Pamela she the best very nice polite and helpful she used to be located in the Walnut/ Huntington Park location. But she got moved to Whittier location. Even!!! Wen shes no longer at that location she still managed to take my payment over the phone and help me with faxing my insurance verification to my lender. Thanks Pam! I've gone multiple times to do my payment at the Walnut Huntington Park location the girls are SUPER Rude!!! Especially one that I believe is a manager she don't speak no English...they cannot help me at all they just sit there and laugh... and you know when people are laughing at you when the other one asks and they say I'll tell you after...not even payments and somehow they say they cannot fax my information to my lender which has to be done every month because I have a month to month insurance and they say that is my responsibility!
