We seated ourselves & the waitress came by to take our drink order. When she came back, we ordered a cheesesteak & Philly chicken. 30 minutes goes by & the only thing we got were napkins & a bottle of ketchup. She went to the tables around us but never checked in with us. We have both worked in the food service industry & we know that you should never walk by your table without checking in. No, "your food will be out in a few minutes" or, "are you doing okay?" Nothing. Pizza is still very good. I however can not recommend dining in unless you like to waste your time while being treated differently than the regulars. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
