Employee #180709 did not greet me, did not respond to my greeting, did not speak to me; he simply stood there glaring at me and then handed me the receipt without a word. Employee #180709 presented an attitude of disgust and disdain for my custom, and behaved as though my presence there was offensive. I don't know what I did to warrant this behaviour; I stood in the line quietly, waiting for my turn (there was only one cashier available at 11am), and then greeting him in a friendly manner. Employee #180709 appeared to 'glare' at me as though my presence was an offence to him. Employee #180709 behaved in what I perceived as a bigoted, racially-biased manner, which made my visit there thoroughly unpleasant and made me feel unwelcome. I am very disappointed, disgusted, and displeased by the behaviour of Employee #180709 and do not recommend him or this store to anyone.

The course was in great shape. Greens looked great and a bit slow. Sand traps had sand in them. Course just looked fantastic. What was hilarious is the course design. On the first 5 holes we kept hearing "fore" from multiple directions. Balls were just flying across the holes. It was crazy! Hilarious. We saw a bunch of near misses. We saw balls in our fairway from other holes. The round took us 4 hours and 5 minutes in a 3some. A foursome ahead of us had a pretty good pace. Just over 4 hours on a holiday is amazing.

One word - Therapeutic!…read more There are so many reasons to love this golf course. 1) It's forgiving. The layout of the course makes it difficult to lose a ball. There is very little underbrush or hidden water hazards. 2) Beautiful colors. There are a variety of trees making the color variation a highlight. 3) Minimal houses. The fairways are not lined with housing developments. I've played twice and only once did I even come close to a persons back yard. 4) Nature abounds. There is nothing more relaxing and transitional than seeing a raccoon in a tree next to the green or an otter scurry across the fairway. A value course. $47 before 2pm and $40 after (Monday - Friday). 5) No rush. The tee times aren't stacked on top of one another so your not pushing the group in front because you're being pushed from behind. So why not 5 stars? The website mentions a specialty sandwich that does not currently exist. In fact, food from the club only consists of hotdogs and brats. Bonus Tip - The bar has sack coolers they will fill with ice. This is great for keeping your adult beverages cold throughout the round. Covid Protocols - Mask wearing at this venue is a personal choice.
