The girl at the front desk was super friendly, and I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived. I was in the best hands having Devin pierce my septum. He made me feel very comfortable & relaxed, reassuringly talked me through the process of what to expect, and it couldn't have been more painless. His instructions for care were very clear, he seemed more than accommodating to have me come back in if I ran into any issues (I haven't), and my piercing is starting to heal nicely after a week. The shop is also very safe with COVID precautions and they take cash only.

I asked for what I thought was a simple line job and I some lettering and it's just a hot mess. I brought a picture and the exact font I wanted. I don't think I can even fix it. He at one point told me he calls it a blowout but since I'm Hispanic it's called an Edgar.
