This is my go-to spot in Collingwood! The lamb/beef gyros are so tender and flavourful. It pairs well with the potatoes and the tzatziki sauce. The rice is not bad but on the harder side. It comes with a side salad. I added feta and beets to it but it was too much. The feta and beets really overpowered the salad. I wouldn't do that add on again. I ordered on Uber Eats and it was packaged well. They also offer market items for delivery like pita, frozen entrees, condiments, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to order here again. read more

Fantastic find in Collingwood, Ontario. We stopped at the right time on Tuesday night. It wasn't busy upon our arrival. As I tasted first our Greek Salad I was amazed at the freshness of it. We had the Seafood Pasta Linguine and the Beef and Lamb Gyros Dinner with Lemon Rice and Roasted Vegetables. By the time we finished our Creemore Springs Lagers and all we could eat the restaurant was full. I can see why, the service was fast and the food tasteful. I had previously visited Fig & Feta last year when they were in a smaller location and chose this restaurant for a work lunch as I remembered the food was exceptionally tasteful and full of flavour. They have moved to a much bigger location which shows the success and growing patronage. This visit also was memorable with delicious, well prepared food. I had the chicken Souvlaki dinner and the chicken was extremely juicy and well marinated along with the potatoes and rice. There is also a great selection of pantry items and marinated meats and desserts to take home. Service is excellent and staff are friendly with smiles on their faces. read more

Renovated and great food. Service was very nice and helpful, feels like a family type place where u can dress up or be very casual. Started off with crispy calamari it better and different they the usual fried types. Has a very crispy shell and delicious sauces. The lamb burger was fantastic with fresh greens and the mean was soft and served medium (get well if u don't like it this soft), all dinners come with side options and a Greek salad. The service here is great, and we visited during prime dinner hours so they were quite busy but food still came out relatively fast. There's a small market connected to the restaurant so we were able to browse the market while waiting for our food. Lamb Shank Dinner w/Roasted fava beans + lemon pepper potatoes - the lamb was tender and flavourful, definitely something I would order again. The sides were also amazing. Potatoes were very soft and the beans were flavourful. I would highly recommend these two sides. Grilled Fish Dinner w/Kalamata olives with Pita + Roasted vegetable - My mom really enjoyed the fish as it was soft and not overly salty. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the sides here. The roasted vegetable had no flavours and the olives were a bit too salty for us, even when eaten with the Pita. Greek Raspberries Cheesecake - forgot the exact name of this cake but the cheesecake was fantastic. It's moist and not overly sweet. Keep in mind that their website is not up to date, as the takeout menu on the website only has a few options, but most if not all the regular dinner options seems to be available for takeout. Amazing food in downtown Collingwood that left us pleasantly surprised! One of the better Greek restaurants I've been to recently, definitely rivals places closer to the GTA! Quality is exceptional, great value. The salad itself was very hearty with a fair amount of feta. The seasoning of the vegetables and beans were amazing! Simply amazing, delicious Greek food. We came here for a quick meal but will definitely go back and enjoy a full dinner. We were so hungry that the photos were an afterthought. Anyway, when you walk in to the restaurant you are quickly overcome with the delicious aroma of food. We were promptly seated and ordered quickly. The service was stellar. At our table we had Greek salad, falafel dinner along with chicken and beef gyros in a pita. The meet was tender, and seasoned to perfection. The rice on the side was also very good. My husband and I both Had salmon dinner here last night, celebrating our 45th anniversary. Salmon was dried out. Told our waitress. She told chef, who wanted to see the salmon. Chef agreed it was over cooked. My husband ate his, I ate my veggies and rice. Then she brought me another piece of salmon, about 10 minutes later, that was equally over cooked. I asked for a Togo container to take home and make a sandwich for lunch the next day. Even if the salmon came to me after i ate the rice and veggies I had no interest in it at that time. Charged full price for both meals. I would actually give a 2 star rating for last night. Veggies, rice and salad, all great as usual. Not impressed with waitress or salmon last night. We have eaten here a few times before and would have given a 4 maybe 5 star previously. Averaging out with a 3 star. read more

Ok so my husband & I went to dine at the Fig & Feta on Friday Aug-4-23. We ended up sitting on the patio with another couple, as we had come in for a visit from Montreal. Service....impeccable & attentive Ordered up souvlaki for brother-in-law, Signature salad for sister, whereas husband & I went with Moussaka. Both of us were surprised no bechamel sauce but spicy topping was okay Mine was fine,but hubby let me know his moussaka was cold in middle. He doesn't like to send food back so he didn't finish it all. All this to say. If you order a hot meal the expectation would be that not just the plate is hot. Would we go back, maybe. What great and friendly service! It was quite busy on a Tuesday lunch service. This is their new location downtown Collingwood. The Greek salad had the perfect dressing with the right amount of salt and tang. The pickled pepper is the best pickled pepper I've had in a long time. The potatoes had a strong lemon flavor (which I love), the meats weren't dry and seasoned well and the sauces, let me tell you about the tzatziki and Chipotle sauces were $$$. Bessie and her team catered our wedding in June 2023. I cannot rave enough about the food, quality of service and staff. Our buffet was built to suit whatever we wanted and to accommodate any guest restrictions. Everyone LOVED the food so much so we had our guests messaging us they stopped in at the restaurant within two weeks of the wedding to get another fix of their favourites. Bessie and the team are kind and flexible which is hard to find in the wedding world. Anyone would be lucky to work with them! We had their servers come work our event and they were so professional and efficient. We loved their service and product so much we booked them for a birthday event right after the wedding. Plus the price point for what you receive is impossible to beat. Anyone would be lucky to get Fig & Feta for any event but especially their wedding. read more

Excellent food and service. We had chicken and lamb souvlaki, saganaki, village salad, fig and feta salad. All were great. Meat was cooked right. Roasted potatoes were traditional lemon potatoes. Salads were fresh. Village salad is all veg and no lettuce. Saganaki is a good price. They don't light the saganaki in front of you. Pitas are fresh. Cakes are excellent quality, not supermarket crap most restaurants have. White chocolate/ chocolate, raspberry, carrots, 3x chocolate are the flavors of cheesecake/ cake combos (they are nixed together). Restaurant is clean and modern. They sell frozen food as well. Large patio out front. Great food and great value. Staff were all very friendly- they understand service with a smile. Bessie provided great service. They close early...9pm. I can't say enough about the food. Always fresh, always made right in front of you if you're ordering to go. I always order The Gyro Dinner. You can customize it a little bit with what you want your sides to be. I always go for the lemon potatoes and lemon rice. The serving size is quite large. I'm always impressed by the quality of the food. I always love eating here. It's so welcoming, the service is always friendly and the place is nicely lit, and the comfortable. Stumbled upon this restaurant in early March, and our entire family has fallen in love with their food! What I love about Fig & Feta is the quality of the food. Everything we have tried is extremely fresh. Farm to table vibes. Very healthy ingredients, made from scratch with love! Some of our favourites are the Beet and Feta salad (the large portion is PERFECT!) Chicken Souvlaki Pita & Hummus appetizer. Highly recommend to anyone looking to support a family owned business! We ate in the patio area for lunch then we ordered catering for our Dads 65th the following day. The catered food was wrapped and prepared well for transportation and our party guests raved about the salads and sauces all night . We were so very pleased from the cocktails and apps at the restaurant, to the food quality and service that we impromptu changed our party menu to Fig and Feta immediately. The Restaurants atmosphere was modern, clean, authentic, tasteful and purposeful. Greek flavours in our food had notes of originality, awhile our familiar Greek authentic craving was satisfied. I knew young or old would enjoy this, Fig and Feta will be a restaurant I will, 100% go again. I will definitely recommend their catering to anyone hosting any size dinner or banquet. read more

First time here. I think this was one of best pitas I have ever had. We had the veggie with spicy feta and the gyro pita. It is a tiny place but they are moving in a couple of weeks to what I understand to be more of a full service restaurant. Will be back for sure. read more

Didn't have a good experience at Fig & Feta. Was excited to try this restaurant and some authentic greek food. We ordered saganaki and at other restaurants, the server lights it on fire at your table. We received a small piece of cheese without them lighting it and way more pita bread than we could possibly use for the amount of cheese. We then ordered our main dishes. One of us didn't receive the chicken with our salad and one of use didn't receive our side salad with our main dish. We had to track down our server to get us the missing items. My friend had the white fish which wasn't cooked properly along with her roasted peppers. I had a greek salad, which was more like salsa. All in all, it was a bad experience and we won't return to the restaurant. read more
