I'm a happily married woman who isn't even 40 yet and was treated like a "working girl" he had spent the whole visit lecturing me about not having a primary and having high blood pressure, he did also mention that I should get a shrink bc I might have a lot on my plate. Duh genius what's why I had even scheduled the appointment to get something off my plate. At the end of the visit he kept taking extremely loud so the entire waiting room could hear him, so what if I wanted a primary closer to where I live and thanks for letting everyone know about what procedures I was then to be scheduled for. I walked out of the the office w a reminder about the next visit but no self worth, tainted and dirty. Lesser than human.I was referred to the practice by a close friend who loves it there and ensured me that they are fantastic, warm and compassionate. She was extremely embarrassed after I told her about my visit and was mad at the way I was treated. His treatment with me just added into my reluctance to ever have a male doctor again. The doctor does not discuss what tests are being performed by the lab until after your appointment. I called the doctors office after talking with the insurance company and the lab and she was supposed to follow up with them a month ago and today I got a reminder from the lab that I owe still owe the lab the same amount of money. Mostly I'm disappointed with the way the doctor treats you when you are in the office. She only cares about her agenda and does not try to understand her patients. I took a PCR test later that day somewhere else, and it confirmed I was negative. I received my positive test result with just a sheet of paper and no instruction or guidance on what to do if I was positive. Understand that these tests have errors, but there's a clear lack of procedure here. I would not advise anyone to get a covid-tets at this location and go to a legitimate/approved doctor or testing facility.
