No one answers the phone, because all calls are routed to a central switchboard so they save money. Its B.S. they care about their bottom line, screw the patients. I tried calling to see what time my appointment was. After about an HOUR on the phone waiting for someone to answer, I drove to the office to find out my appointment time. The so-called office manager DIANE. I tried to see her and they said she was in a meeting, with who? All the people who are suppose to answer PHONES. I' m leaving soon-Good Luck. Anywhere but here .

Do not recommend. Ever since Dr O'Brien retired, this place has gone to pot. For the first few…read moreyear, there were different doctors there every time I'd visit. Dr. Madoodi seems to have settled in there and she has a terrible bedside manner. I had my annual physical recently and, despite filling out their paperwork stating that I wanted only what was covered by my insurance coverage, I received a rather large lab bill for blood work not covered. The doctor does not discuss what tests are being performed by the lab until after your appointment. I called the doctors office after talking with the insurance company and the lab and she was supposed to follow up with them a month ago and today I got a reminder from the lab that I owe still owe the lab the same amount of money. Mostly I'm disappointed with the way the doctor treats you when you are in the office. She only cares about her agenda and does not try to understand her patients. I'll be looking for a new provider.

5/24/2019 My sister was a patient of Dr Fignar for years…read more and was then asked to prepay annually what I believe was $1500 or the Doctor would not see her moving forward . I understand he changed his business model but she felt like she was dumped with no choice but to find another PCP . In this case it was beneficial to her as she now sees the DOCTOR not a PA when she has routine appointments . The staff at Dr Fignars office was the best part of the visit .

Sweet baby Jesus, stay away from this place if you have any standards at all for health care…read more After I married and moved to the Granby area, I learned that my husband's insurance required that I get a physical. My husband has gone here for years, so I called and made an appointment to see Dr. Timothy Fignar. OK. In the waiting room, I was given a tablet with which to fill out my personal information. Here's the rub: as soon as I had entered my gender and age, ADVERTISEMENTS geared toward women my age started popping up on the tablet as I was trying to fill out the form. What??? I wasn't there 5 minutes, and the good doctor was already getting kickbacks. Deplorable. I never actually saw the doctor. Even though I made an appointment TO SEE the doctor, I was presented, without explanation, with a 'physician's assistant'. She ordered a mammo and a colonoscopy - I'm 40 years old, neither is necessary. I was there, as a healthy, reasonably young women, for a bare bones physical to satisfy an insurance requirement. So I politely declined both suggested tests. She didn't like that. She ordered the needed bloodwork, but I later learned she didn't order all the insurance-required bloodwork, even though I presented her with the insurance company's requirements. In writing. So I had to go back to the testing center in Enfield - a town I'd rather not visit more than necessary - a second time to complete the blood work. My husband got an earful that day. I've since taken charge of my health care, and go to Dr. Lucia Coletta in Granby for health checks. She is wonderful, absolutely wonderful. She is an accomplished naturopath, and our insurance accepts her service.
