After eight years of being a reliable customer who never missed a payment, the lack of communication and last-minute notice felt pretty disappointing. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned.
