I didn't hear anything back until I got a text telling me one person was coming in 30 minutes on one of the days I said were fine. It was later in the afternoon, too. Wait? A deep clean with one person in the afternoon? Not going to work. After some back and forth with the scheduler, where I just ended up saying "Please have Rodney call me" a few times, the individual was cancelled. Rodney called me promptly.
