I spoke to Mark around end of business Friday, and he was able to come Monday. He quickly diagnosed the problem (lid switch issue), and fixed the wire in the switch. I contacted Speed Queen corporate, and they confirmed the part has been in stock. However, RSI goes through a third-party supplier and, I was told, cannot order directly from Speed Queen. After this long delay, you would think an exception could be made. To make matters worse, communication has been poor throughout--phone calls are rarely returned, and updates have been minimal. Overall, a very frustrating experience.
