I've always enjoyed Fiiz! I used to Work at a chick fil a next to the Henderson location and get the muscleada! I would love to see more of those items that I used to see about 5 years ago on this one as well. But I want to the the employees for everything coming out so fresh and so clean. The pretzels are sooooo friggin good and I love that it doesn't taste frozen even if they may or may not be , or sometimes when you go places you can taste whatever was used to cook the food due to poor cleaning/maintenance ; I have NEVER ONCE Yet had this issue at this location and that for me goes miles! While my drink was fine and I thought the price was reasonable, the inconvenience of getting in and out of this location is likely going to stop me from coming back. I visited on a Sunday after checking hours online to confirm they'd be open (they are!). I pulled off of Decatur and into what I certainly assumed would be the drive thru. In hindsight, it did have a sign that said Mobile App Drive Thru, but I didn't think it was unreasonable to assume that means Mobile App AND Drive Thru given the spacing on the sign. There wasn't another car in sight anywhere near the building. I pulled up to the window, an employee opened it, and asked if I wanted to order. She then informed me their drive thru is around the other side. I think there are plenty of people that would've left at this point, but I pulled around, stopped briefly to look at the menu board (just the board, no clear ORDER HERE box like I'm used to seeing), and pulled up to the window. Wrong again, they actually DO have a speaker in the menu board. When I finally got to the window after my third trip around the building, and placing my order, it was very surprising to find out that the employee that had initially turned me away was the same one that had taken my order and served it to me. I'm not sure why we need two drive thru lines, and I'm even less sure why, on such a quiet business day, she couldn't have just taken my order right away and said "so you know for next time, the line is around the other side." Again, my drink was fine, reasonably priced, and this employee was polite through the whole experience, but it all felt impractical and unreasonable. read more

Love the drinks and service here. Such a convenient location right on the corner of Sahara and Decatur. Therefore, I find myself taking this route to get to jits. Thanks to the staff member in particular who is always so kind and cheerful! I've forgotten his name, even if I've asked the last time. I think his name starts with a Z! Thank you! The two girls are really nice. I'm not too impressed with the drinks. The pretzels were OK. They were kinda chewy like they were heated up sitting there and then reheated so sandbagged. The cheese sauce was not the best. One person ordered an orange Creamsicle. The cream and the soda did not mix well I didn't mix at all so she just got soda and then when she got towards the top, obviously the cream. I got the root beer lagoon. I got a little bit of coconut no raspberry mostly obviously a root beer. It is a distinct flavor and the last person got a Captain Jack or something like that. He couldn't really taste the flavors in it either just Dr Pepper and a little bit of the coconut one time trying to get is good enough won't be back, but I could say I tried to at least got it off the list. The churros in my opinion were not good at all. They were super crumbly and when you chew it, I understand food breaks down, but it was like raw dough. It wasn't raw, but it was so crumbly. I've been eyeballing this place for a while, and finally popped in one afternoon. I was delighted to find the menu had both drink and snack options! I was only anticipating a drink menu!! The staff member was sweet and answered all my questions. I ordered a Mountain Dew with cherry added in plus some pretzel bites! The drink reminded me of a crispy sprite from McDonalds, it was so fizzy. The pretzels were warm delicious & perfectly salty. 10/10 I'll be back again. read more

First and foremost this is one of my favorite spots. If you are looking for a dirty soda this is your place to be. There is no inside seating but a walk in window and drive through. They have an awesome rewards program as well. The drinks are amazing my kids love the rainbow drink and the blue shark. My favorite so far is the sugar daddy. They also have the good ice if you know what I mean. They do have some food options I definitely recommend the cookie dough bites especially if you have a sweet tooth and love cookie dough they are delicious. Now on to the service everyone I have interacted with is kind and very helpful. Tonight we came and had an awesome interaction with Zahrae and Thomas. These two young men had great conversation skills and we had an awesome talk about Kendrick Vs Drake iykyk. In the short time that we interacted the drinks were made quickly and the conversation was very enjoyable. Drive by here with my kids who were in town from Omaha, they were excited to try this place since they don't have anything like this there! I ordered the iced orange stick coffee drink, we also ordered various mixed soda drinks, and a shark gummy drink. They were all really tasty! The girl working the window was super helpful, and even offered to remake my drink if I didn't like it because she said they don't make alot of coffee Drinks, and she was worried mine might not taste great.( it was perfect) We will be back to try different drink varieties! Drink was good but got the Fiiz Puffs and they were so stale they were completely hard and crispy all the way through, so much so that I started to question if that is how they are actually meant to be, because there was no softness to indicate otherwise. This was a place that came to Vegas from Utah and the hospitality is definitely felt. However, the line was super long for drinks. Don't get me wrong, they were delicious but some were quite basic too. You do get a free popcorn when you check in. If you look at the specials you will find something really unique like over the rainbow. They also offer some delicious nibbles but makes sure you have the correct items. We've been here twice and the first visit was made perfectly. We both ordered Sprite with green apple and pineapple. Could taste the all the flavors together and it was so refreshing. Second visit, we ordered the same thing, but this time, we were so disappointed. All we could taste was the Sprite, no green apple flavor and no pineapple flavor. I came to Fiiz Drinks for the first time. My husband found them on Tik Tok and wanted to check it out. I didn't expect it to be an outdoor thing only. Its so hot right now that I was hoping its a sit in. It kind of reminds me of Dutch Bros. When you get there, there are benches outside either tables. They have a menu outside as well and a window to order from. The employee that took our order was very nice. She let us know that if you scan the QR on the menu, theres another menu with more items. My husband got the Shark in the Water and it was pretty good. I got the frozen buttercream and I was not really a fan of it. I also got the churro bites and those were my favorite! I give this place 4/5 stars. The drink options are mainly soda & I am not really a soda drinker anymore. I also didn't like that it was outdoor only. Tried this place out because my friend was so curious about custom soda shops. As soon as we pulled up to their drive through, the staff met us with such friendly demeanor and was excited to tell us about their recommendations when we asked. The prices for snacks and drinks were so cheap! I chose to make a custom drink with cherry coke, vanilla, actual cherries, and an espresso shot combo that I saw on TikTok. Unfortunately it wasn't for me, but fortunately the staff was curious about how it tasted and asked if I liked it. I told them I didn't but I felt bad about asking for another drink because I'm the one that made that combo, but the staff insisted they make me a new one so I could enjoy my drink.
