Yes, I can dig it. Dig It! Coffee is the latest cafe to sit on the southwest corner of Colorado and Casino Center. I happened to find an open parking spot during the free weekday lunch parking period today and had enough time after brunch to stop in. The music and employees seemed easygoing and the various mostly lone patrons kept to themselves. I didn't see anything especially captivating on the March drinks of the month list or the latte menu, so I stuck to one of my default orders, the Nitro Cold Brew ($6.25 for the large 20 oz size). The barista pulled it quickly enough as it wasn't busy, and I took it along with me as I left. The nitro cold brew here is a very potent and smooth beverage. It's roasty, maybe a touch acidic, but not popping off with fruity notes like some other roasters seem to favor. Almost as importantly, they didn't put any ice in the cup, adding value and reducing dilution. If I'm out and about in the Arts District and want a nitro cold brew, I'll definitely keep Dig It! in mind. Even with other great coffee spots nearby, I would consider coming back here.

Love this locally owned coffee shop here at The Arts District. I love how they always have a monthly menu with coffee & tea beverages specifically catered to that month. (Example: March = green themed, St Patrick's day, lucky, clovers etc). My go-to is usually their cookies & cream cold brew...which is on their regular menu. I'm not a sweet drink kinda gal and this was not overly sweet but the right amount to combine with the cold brew taste. For the month of March, I was excited to come try their Mint Cookie Cold Brew. Although there's not enough, if any even, mint flavor... it's still a good coffee drink. Wish the mint was more prominent. The female barista working on Saturday afternoon was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately paid metered parking on streets and nearby lots only. But that's everywhere here at The Arts District.

We absolutely love Dig it Coffee! From the moment you walk in, the customer service is truly top tier -- the staff is welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to be there, which makes every visit feel special. The coffee is always delicious, and the food is just as good. It's one of those places where you know you're going to get a great drink and a great experience every time. What makes Dig it even more meaningful to our family is their commitment to hiring people of all abilities. As parents of a son with Down syndrome, seeing a business create inclusive opportunities like this means so much to us. It's inspiring, and it makes us even more proud to support them. Great coffee, great food, good vibes, and a mission that truly matters. If you're in Las Vegas, this place is a must-visit!

From the moment you walk it it's bright, fun, and friendly. So beautifully decorated, bright, and welcoming. The peanut butter latte was perfect even with the extra shot I had. I loved that they had coloring sheets for people to enjoy and plenty of spots to hang out or even work. I didn't try any food, but would highly recommend coming here!

A friendly, colorful place with plenty of both seating and drink options. I stopped in for breakfast before some plans down the street and the person working the register walked me through the menu and my options before recommending a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. I took her advice and ten minutes later had a green tea and very solid breakfast sandwich sitting in front of me. If I was local, I'd likely be in there all the time. But alas, I can only come back when I'm in town.

This has been on my list, and I finally came. Parking was easy on a Friday at 11:30am. Tip: There's free on-street parking for locals from 11-2 on weekdays. What I love about this business is that it's inclusive and provides work for those with disabilities. Such friendly service. The decor is bright and artsy, which I also appreciate. I ordered the Island Coconut Chai. Subtle chai flavors and a delicious, thick coconut cold cream on top. Just the right amount of sweet! I believe they do seasonal menus. I'm excited to come back and try something else next time. :-)

Dig It is more than just a coffee shop, it's a space of community and connection. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how intentional and welcoming this place is. What makes Dig It especially special are the events and in-shop activities they offer. From hosting community events to providing coloring pages and writing postcards, this is a place that encourages people to slow down, connect, and spend time together. It's the kind of space that invites you to stay awhile, not rush out the door. And of course, the drinks are a guaranteed enjoyment. Dig It does the classics really well, and they also introduce fun seasonal or limited-time themed drinks that keep things exciting and fresh!

As soon as we walked in, we were hit by the amazing decor. Everyone is super friendly. We ordered the Iced Jasmine Lemonade and Lucky Charms Matcha Latte. Both were so delicious and refreshing. It did take awhile but this place is not meant for the grab and go. It's a place to enjoy company, the vibes, and to take a breath. We will definitely be coming back! Keep it up!

I stumbled upon this cafe unintentionally while hanging out Downtown and I'm very pleased that to have found it. It was refreshing to see a new cafe in the Arts District (don't come here if you're expecting a quiet place to study) with a variety of drink options to choose from. I did not expect to find good matcha outside of Chinatown. I was short on time so I was not able to try some of their food items but I know I'll be back again soon!

Super nice staff, cute place, and they allowed me to make a macadamia nut matcha with almond milk- it was delicious!

The ambiance is absolutely beautiful inside! I love the decor. It's very quirky & bright! We stumbled upon this coffee shop on a little stroll around the arts district. All the employees were very sweet and I liked how they had some cute merch and coloring activities for people to enjoy. I got the strawberry matcha and it honestly wasn't my favorite. But they did have other options for drinks like coffee and an upcoming wicked themed drinks I'd like to try! I'll give this place another shot next time!

DigIt! is such a cute and fun coffee shop! The location is next to so many cool spots. I got to celebrate World Inclusion Day 2025 here with The Garden Foundation's Tour de Downtown. After trying this assortment of goodies, I can say that they have the best avocado toast! The lemonade was a perfect mix of sweet and sour. I'm not the biggest fan of cold brew but I loved the cold foam and the mini marshmallows. Who doesn't love mini marshmallows? It was such a fun event & I can't wait to come back. Did I mention the building is pink and the staff is SO kind! What a great local spot!

Anytime I have friends or family visiting from out of town that are huge Matcha lovers I bring them here! They have plenty of seating, pretty nice size tables ranging from smaller squares, to larger circle tables to pretty good size community tables. Very clean, minimalistic, open space. It's a great place to hangout, it can get pretty busy sometimes. And that parking lot in general... sometimes I've gone there and had a hard time finding parking (I've actually left out of frustration before) it really just depends when you go. You do have a lot of really well-known local places in that shopping center that get incredibly busy especially late afternoon/early evenings on weekends from my experience. Haven't really had a problem when I've gone on a weekday. They have a really awesome menu! If you're not a Matcha person... but you're going with a matcha person.. they do have some coffee drinks as well! They have egg salad sandwiches and tuna sandwiches, and a few different desserts including layered crêpe cakes. My favorite thing to get there is their Matcha float latte, it's kind of the best of both worlds where you get your Matcha latte and a Matcha soft serve all in one! There are so many different combinations that you can get there of different types of green teas, either in tea form, latte, floats, parfait, and so many different flavors and toppings like they have their banana Matcha latte, which is really good!! They have quite a few flavors of soft serve (and don't worry for the ones that don't like Matcha, but are going with a Matcha person they have ones like black sesame, Ube, vanilla, etc. I miss their lychee flavor... I believe it was a limited time flavor, and I absolutely loved that soft serve... please bring it back!) and they're absolutely perfect, the texture and consistency of their soft serve is great. Tonight I got their Matcha and vanilla swirl soft serve on a waffle cone with chocolate syrup. (I had a birthday reward, They have a really awesome rewards program!) and it brought me joy in a way that I can't even put words and it was the perfect after dinner dessert and a great way to end the evening! It's an awesome place if in the middle of the day you need your Matcha fix, you need caffeine but you're not a coffee person. It's also really great place for a semi-late night (I believe they close at 10? so it's not like super late or anything, but still open until a pretty decent time) dessert and catch up with friends! For this part of our matcha run, I got their large matcha latte float with a matcha and strawberry ice cream mix, while my foodie friend got the same float as well only with ube soft serve and a medium-size instead. Matcha is strong and ceremonial with grassy tones that were slightly dulled by the sweetness of the drink; the matcha ice cream had that same ceremonial hit as the latte but the strawberry ice cream didn't pair with those earthy tones very well since it was a different kind of sweet. I also found my friend's ube ice cream the better addition to the matcha latte than my matcha-strawberry mix. I still enjoyed what I had, and the float by itself still hit well. They have a ton of other drinks and even a banana matcha latte I would give a try in another visit to this location in the future!

She later added a side of bacon w permission from homie upstairs since it's Friday. I'm not sure which toast was my favorite. I think I'd rank lox, then egg salad? It's probably tied with the burrata. My drink was fabulous. The music was cool and we were having a great time. The sando was also delicious, he shared that they make their pesto in house. As a pesto fan, I just became a bigger founders fan! Mom's drink was also amazing. We told him not too sweet, it was delicious and not overly sweet. He said he did 25%. He checked on us and truly rolled out the red carpet. He offered drinks to go, at that point he'd earned our trust and we said go for your life. He did a blueberry lemonade w boba and rose foam? I don't think I'm doing it justice w my description. Mine was toasted marshmallow w graham cracker and I can't remember the rest. They're both yummy tho! Our days been made. Excellent service and genuinely kind people are rare and Isaiah embodies both and more. He even did a little moonwalk, brekkie and a show lol. He's one of the people that will change the world, or your day if you encounter him. Really wanted to give him money to say thank you and support his journey. He wouldn't have it. I hope whoever reads this at the company finds a way to acknowledge and reward his rock star beyond 5 star service. In reading other reviews this place seems to hire great talent, but Isaiah won me as a fan, I'll talk about him and this experience for years to come. The food and drinks really are amazing. I'm happy to pay when things are done well. I'm looking forward to going back, and hope my path crosses with Isaiahs again down the road. Guys going places and I wanna support the journey be it culinarily, musically or anything else he touches bc I know it'll be gold! A new standard for service has emerged. The Isaiah standard!
