She then informed me their drive thru is around the other side. I think there are plenty of people that would've left at this point, but I pulled around, stopped briefly to look at the menu board (just the board, no clear ORDER HERE box like I'm used to seeing), and pulled up to the window. Wrong again, they actually DO have a speaker in the menu board. When I finally got to the window after my third trip around the building, and placing my order, it was very surprising to find out that the employee that had initially turned me away was the same one that had taken my order and served it to me. I'm not sure why we need two drive thru lines, and I'm even less sure why, on such a quiet business day, she couldn't have just taken my order right away and said "so you know for next time, the line is around the other side."
