Wow. Some people are trippin. Yes the lines always long, but I've never come across anyone who was rude. The girls are always super friendly and helpful to me! I've had it with this place. I ordered two drinks and two Chonuts, and they kept me waiting for 25 minutes to bring out one Chonut and one drink. I was the only car in the drive-thru when I got there, but they serviced four other cars (who got there after me) before they hopelessly got my order wrong. (Why does it take 25 minutes to make one drink and one Chonut?!?!?) And this isn't the first time they got my order wrong. The people who work here must all just share one brain cell altogether because it's hard to believe how dumb they are to get my simple orders wrong in increasingly worse ways. read more

The lines can be long but you can skip the lines by ordering from their app before you get there. It's super convenient. Order before I leave home and it's ready when I get there. People know there are lines, and they still go and line up? Why? Because they like it. Because it's a nice treat. It's busy because it's good. People posting about rude employees, yeah right, they're mostly nice, kind teenagers working their first job. I guess if you need you butt kissed while ordering a soda, then you'll be disappointed. I'm seriously unhappy with my last couple of visits to the North Ogden, Fizz location. I specifically ask the person who takes my order for diet and slim as possible. The first and second time my husband's order is done correctly made with Coke-Zero but I ask for diet Dr. Pepper both times and was given regular. On both occasions I was picking up dinner and drinks after a long work day so I didn't realize the error until I'm sitting down to relax only to be disappointed. I don't live in the North Ogden area so by the time I realize I just paid for a drink I can't have, I'm to tired to drive 20 minutes to return it. read more

I waited 15+ minutes before my order was even taken, or i was even acknowledged as a customer, then when they finally took the order, it took 20+ minutes until i finally went up and asked about my one drink. they didn't know the drink i was referring to and asked me what it was and then they finally started making it. the drive through lines circled through so many more times and they didnt seem to care about the front customers as much as the drive through. overall really annoying and took way too long for one not complex drink. read more

I went too times and asked for no ice in my drink (because I have sensitive teeth and don't like my drink too cold) One of the time the employe rolled her eyes at me for ordering that and then I got 3/4 of a drink. The second time I got 1/2 of a drink. That's ridiculous I should not have to pay the same price for 1/2 of a drink just because I don't want ice. This is a fun place to hang out whether your 6 or 60. The crowd is mostly teens but parents bring their kids in for a variety of flavored drinks. They have everything from coke and Pepsi products to specialty drinks with gummy worms and other critters, to coffees. They also have popcorn, nachos, and chips and salsa. If you're feeling brave you can do flavored shots (cinnamon, cucumber, apricot, amaretto, vanilla bean, guava, cheesecake, huckleberry just to name a few). read more

Ok. Update. I've given this FiiZ FOUR chances and I've had horrible service every single time! The first time the blonde girl was very rude to me and didn't give me two punches on double punch Wednesday, the second time I waited over 20 minutes and they didn't put cream in my drink... which makes a huge difference, the third time the girl gave my drink to the car in front of me and when they realized it wasn't their drink they handed it back and the girl gave me the drink that they tasted! I'm pretty sure that's illegal. I was so grossed out! And last there was a line of 8, yes 8, cars. One of the workers was talking to the front car and then opened the passenger side and started talking and hugging the girl. They talked for TEN MINUTES! It was unreal. I was furious, but then I finally get my drink and they forgot my cream... again! I parked and walked in and waited another 5 minutes while the workers just talked to the boys at the table who already had their drinks. That one trip took over 30 minutes for one crappy drink. You can guarantee I won't be coming back to this one! RIDICULOUS! read more
