I told the barista my order and he repeated something completely wrong back to me, so I told him again, and he repeated it wrong a second time. Surely, he will get it right the third time, right? No, lol. He didn't bother repeating it a third time, but when I got the drink it was still wrong. I could tell he was getting annoyed so I didn't even bother asking them to fix it. Never had an experience like this at Starbucks before, but it's disappointing to say the least. read more

This location is in Riverdale Utah. It's location in a small shopping center close to Sweeto Burrito. This place is bigger than most of the Starbucks I've been to. It was very spacious, and had a lot of seating area. It was very clean and organized, and although they had a customers in the drive through and inside, they were very fast at getting me my hot mochas. This store has enough staff, making your time spent there very short especially if your in a hurry. Overall I would give this place a 3.5 star rating. read more

I have nothing to complain about. If you hate their coffee you really cannot blame the workers, they just make it how they are told/trained. I've only been here through the drive thru window and they are really fast. I normally love a mocha but I'm not a fan of starbucks mochas. Most people like the whole chocolate mocha but I think it is way too sweet. I love their breakfast foods. I've tried several of them and they are all hot and delicious. I like the skinny vanilla latte, give it a try for the lighter side. Overall I like coming here on my way to work to grab a cup of joe. If I ever have time I want to try their lunch menu. Like I said the drive thru is fast and I've never had to wait for more than a few minutes. read more

Standard fare S'Bucks product and service. This location has a fairly-busy drive-through which can at times slow things down if you're buying in-store. There's a gaggle of regulars who come here during weekday mornings; you'll know 'em when you see 'em. There is decent seating, but I can't help but feel a little cramped at this location, even with the large front windows and double doors. The space is rather tight and it's a busy store, which makes it all feel a bit more claustrophobic than it probably is. read more

I love Starbucks coffee, unfortunately I will never go back to this store, they say that they are open at 4:30 so I do a mobile order at 4:35 it takes my money and order when I get there at 4:45 no one is there, I wait for ten minutes I have to be to work by 5am so now I'm going to be late for work, and no coffee because I had to leave, tried calling for an hour no answer, so now I have no coffee and they took my money and I can't get a hold of anyone to get my money back. read more

Their menu is about half of what is advertised online. Couldn't get a protein box. Ended up getting the "home style" chicken and bacon sandwich. That's all there is on it, some ground up chicken and one wan, limp piece of bacon. The chicken is super dry and has the texture of sawdust. The sandwich has been microwaved, and the bread is hard as a rock. For the amount of money they charge for their stuff, you'd think they'd make sure the food was edible. Never again. I go to the Riverdale Starbucks almost daily. The girls there are amazing! I get the same thing everytime they know just what I like. Although the holidays drinks are great I still have my favorite. Let me first start off by saying I do not blame the employees for my experience, they are always friendly and helpful, but I blame Starbucks as a whole. That being said, I ordered a small hot chocolate, I got it back and it tasted like dirt. I would have been better off using hot water and a box hot chocolate packet at home. I visited this location a number of times. The staff is friendly. A little slow to get drinks out sometimes. Overall, so far so good.

I ordered two passion tea lemonades and it usually takes them 5 to 7 minutes for them to get my drinks ready. This time it took them 20 min to realize that the order had not gone through. I had to go up to one if the baristas and ask what was going on. The barista was rude about it. She hesitated and still took her time to get started on my drinks. She even helped a guy who had ordered after me and didn't even apologize. Im not one to give reviews but if you cant provide customer service, I think its fair to let people know whats expected from this location. By the way they still messed up on my drink. Worst way to spend my 8 bucks. read more

How come no matter how many time I and other customers point it out, they invariably leave the graham cracker sprinkling topping of the Smores Frap. They are the ONLY store to do so. Clinton, Clearfield, Layton....they remember. And when you mention it you get a little hostility from inside. Why? Why leave out a key ingredient and then be annoyed when brought to your attention. I suddenly needed to run a 90-minute conference call on a Friday afternoon while driving between Boulder and Boise (does anyone else have to do things like this?). This Starbucks turned out to be a good choice. It's right off the freeway, the wi-fi internet is $3.99 for a couple of hours, it was not too busy (the background noise was under control), and they didn't look at me funny for setting up camp in their comfy armchair for several hours. Today I wanted to treat myself while running errands this afternoon, so I stopped in to get an iced caramel mocha. I waited forever and It wasn't that busy either. Everyone seemed to be running around like crazy trying to get stuff done and one girl was wearing a mini skirt and fishnets she bent over and I saw something you don't really want to see in a coffee shop. Also her hair wasn't tied up. After I had left I found a hair on my drink and it definitely wasn't mine seeing as I have short dark hair. They need to enforce dress code. I love this Starbucks location, always drive out of my way to come here because the one on 12th doesn't compare. Today they really went above and beyond and remade my drink when I dropped it all over the ground, my husband called for me since I'm 6 months pregnant and was really sad and they remade my drink! And when I went to pick it up they knew exactly who I was and didn't make me feel awful about being "that customer." What can you say about a normal Starbucks? We were interested in coffee and iced tea. There was a sign on the highway that led us here. A local,car ran into us by missed. I live in North Ogden where there isn't a Starbucks in sight (yet). I come to this one frequently because it is right off I-15 across from target and sams club. The service is extremely friendly and they are willing to fix their mistakes when called out on it. It is often extremely busy, but as a walk in customer, they are super friendly and nice. They're always willing to fix my drink to how I like it and don't make a fuss about it either. The wait time is a hit and miss.
