Horrible! I use to come here often for manis and pedis. I let them do my lashes once and every time I closed my eye they would scratch my cornea. I was in so much pain that I went to my eye doctors. He told me I suffered from scratches from the lashes and they would heal over. Since I wore contacts he said the heals scabs would come off every time I took of my contacts. I was left with permanent damage in my right eye. I see a floaty constantly and my eye doctor says it will never go away. They're lucky I didn't SUE their asses! read more

I probably come here once every couple years and every time I regret it. The only positives I will say is the location is huge so if you don't have time to make an appointment you can pretty much always walk in here. That's probably why I keep mistakingly giving them another try. Fiji has an assembly line feel and is very rushed. The workers are so rude. The upselling here is INSANE and uncomfortable. It's what I imagine a strip club would be like. You can't even relax because they just keep trying to pressure you into more stuff. They have a lady that comes around trying to massage your shoulders, which is done for free at my regular nail salon. If you say yes, she will put on a timer and charge by the minute. They also tried to get me to get an eyebrow wax which is laughable because I have next to no eyebrows. They will straight up ask you for a tip at the end which is crazy, a tip should be appreciated but not expected. I am generous with tipping, but by asking I am automatically going to lower the amount I would've given you otherwise because that is rude. At the end when I gave them their tip, they also asked for a tip for the massage lady. I only agreed to the massage to be nice after she came around 3 times, and already paid by the minute for it, they have nerve to demand a tip as well. I would not recommend Fiji unless you are in a pinch. read more

The women working here really need an attitude adjustment. They act like they are doing you a favor by doing your nails. My nail technician had zero personality and was beyond rude. I requested Dazzle Dry. She hurt me so badly and even cut my cuticle. She was pushing back on my cuticles so hard that I had to tell her she was hurting me badly. Her response was that I should tell people I have thin nails. Excuse me?! They weren't thin before you starting roughing them up and filing and on top of the nail itself. The owners are awesome but should pay attention to how their employees treat people and get rid of probably over half of their staff. Rude, disrespectful and incompetent! Oh, and to add insult to actual injury, she kept looking around when doing my nails. Literally, what is that?? Pay attention and stop looking around. You would make somebody's experience so much better. The vibes are way off! Lady who did my nails was quite rude. She kept looking around while using the drill on my nails and would literally cut me because she wasn't paying attention. The shapes of my acrylics were all different and when I asked her to fix some of them she was dismissive and said she'd do it later. When she did fix them it was very quickly and hardly any difference, but I was uncomfortable and didn't want to ask again. When it was time to pay I took out my card and she said "You have cash for tip right?" which I found to be really surprising and odd to ask before she even completed the service, and also considering the attitude she had and the quality of the nails she had done so far. I was very tempted to ask if she was happy with the nails she had given me, because I certainly was not. Also the prices on the board are just a suggestion. My full set, marked as $30 on the price board, ended up being $40 because they were "long". They hardly go over the tip of my finger, and she even had to check with another nail woman how much to charge me and they decided to overcharge. I tried to protest but they wouldn't hear it and at that point I just wanted to get out. I do not recommend going here, especially if you want acrylic nails. read more

I came in and asked for an acrylic set - everything went fine until a few weeks later I removed it myself and learned that they had applied MMA instead of acrylic on me. Acrylic should flake off when soaked in acetone, but instead my nails were left gummy, rubbery and a chunk of my nail fell off. MMA is EXTREMELY dangerous. After 3 months I am still trying to grow out that portion of my nail. read more

As a loyal customer going here for years, I am finally over it and done. They are very unprofessional and I always give the benefit of doubt each time something happens. Every time I book an appointment, either no one is there that I've booked with or they're late! Absolutely not okay as I am very busy and have things to do! Don't let someone book if that person will not be there! They also have horrible staff, some are very nice. I just dislike going into a place where I feel judged and talked about. Absolute worst nail salon, avoid this place at all costs. I went recently for gel x, and 3 nails popped off the next day. I kindly requested a refund, and the owner Kim pressured me to drive all the way back for a new set. She was condescending during the service, as if she was doing me a massive favor since the nails were cleared applied wrong the first time. Then two days later, the nails fell off again. They refused to refund me, blamed it on me being too rough with the nails and had an excuse that gel x is a "lighter application" which is untrue and made up. I have been getting gel x for over 2 years and nails never just fall off that quickly. A complete waste of money and time. Do not go here. read more

Today I had an awful nail experience. I went in and immediately was treated with attitude. The service overall was not welcoming. I felt like I was treated like a dog only being pointed to do things rather than being spoken to like a human being. I said that I wanted almond nails and was not given what I asked for, then had told the lady that I wanted my French tip thinner and she told me no! Greedy. We came here before and I don't know why we came back. The first time we came they pressured us and harassed us about our tips. The second time was worse. My husband and I both had mani pedis and we each had two people work on us. One did the mani and one did the pedi. Afterwards I gave my husband's pedicure tech a tip and gave my pedi tech a tip. My pedi tech who acted like she couldn't speak English knew how to say manicure "tip". I ignored her because I tip how much and who I want. They proceeded to bombard me about me and my husband's manicurist's tips. I asked why they had two people working on me and they said "it's the rules". The by far worst and rudest nail salon I have ever been to. Called to get a refund or my nails redone since my gel manicure chipped in 3 days (5 of my nails chipped). Went in and they made me pay $12 for redoing my nails that THEY MESSED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE because the lady who did my nails did not understand, after telling me I could get them redone for FREE multiple times. Absolutely horrible customer service, never ask the shape or if I want my nails cut. Will never return here and waste my money. I've been MULTIPLE times, constantly giving them another chance, and they find a way to make the experience worse than the time before. I never have a good experience when I come here. But a few weeks I got my underarms waxed and she was so rough it felt like she ripped a layer a skin.... it was the worst wax experience ever. Still I decided to go again because I needed a shop that opened early. I went last Friday with my daughter and while the ladies were nice, my manicure and pedicure were so poorly and sloppily done. The second coat doesn't even cover the first coat of polish. Then with the pedicure, they barely scrubbed or pumiced my feet, it was basically just a glorified polish change. These salons have changed so much from the past. Hot towels, exfoliating, massaging used to be a part of a regular pedicure now they call that a "spa" pedicure. Absolutely ridiculous. read more
