They set up this little station with fruits, desserts and wine with the bridal balloons, it was so cute and unexpected! They also pushed back all their appointments so it was only us in the salon which was also very nice and unexpected! All of our nails and toes turned out perfect! 10/10 recommend! Cathy did an amazing job each time, building a flawless apex, making my nails very natural looking. Let me start by saying, my feet are well maintained. I don't have calluses or excessive dead skin. I use a pumice stone with every shower. I went here because I needed a pedi and mani before I go away. With that being said, I should have read the reviews before I went to this shop. The shop is nice, however the guy that did my pedicure was not. He was very curt and abrupt. I asked if he could cut down the sides of my big toe nail because the nail was pressing into the skin. He said he can't do that. I asked if I could do it and he gave me the nippers. After that, he sarted putting gel in my feet to soften any dead skin. I asked if he was going to go clean under the toenails and he said no becise he cut them. Then he began to aggressively scrub my foot until I pulled back from the friction burn. However, I said nothing but he kept looking up to see if I would say something. I eventually asked why he was skipping steps and he said he wasn't. "you can go". I asked him to finish and he did. At the end of the haphazard and lazy pedicure, I asked him to put clear polish. I still needed a manicure but the guy said "you pay now $35.00". I paid and left without a mani. Both of my feet burn from the aggressive scrubbing. Don't waste your money here. read more

Nail tech said she will call me as soon as it is my turn since I technically scheduled.. no call!! I went back at 4pm and she didn't even look up she said "just have a seat" no ma'am so I walked out frustrated. she calls me back and apologized and said she will be calling in 5-7 min. T & T did not charge any extra. The technician was so nice. As soon as I sat down I was offered a drink. The salon is clean and the prices are very reasonable. I was out within an hour. I have been to T and T nails 10 times. Making an appointment impossible. Person on phone really didn't understand me. 2nd time reservation was messed up. 8 out of 10 times Lynn did my nails today and the appointment before today was very rude and abrupt. Today she had a problem with my gel polish color and brand. Was trying to match my pedicure. She said your taking to long I have other customers. So my nails don't match my toes. read more

The people are so rude there. I went there to get my toes and a refill today, my toe nails are already chipped and look horrible. The water was ice cold, the girl doing my toes didn't talk. When I was done I went over to get my nails refilled, I asked the girl 3 times to shorten my nails a little, she didn't. I was then told that I kept moving my hand and to relax about 30 times very rudely, besides that she didn't talked to me but kept chatting with some other girl across the salon. I never write reviews. Today, I must. At my close friend's manicure appointment here, she accidently dropped a bottle of nail polish, which then shattered on the floor. Surrounded by strangers, she naturally felt overwhelmed that she had made such a mess and became anxious and self-conscious of her mistake. Instead of being met with any degree of understanding, she was subsequently given a pair of rubber gloves by an employee and made to get on her hands and knees in order to clean up the nail polish. Over the next fifteen minutes, she did: in front of customers, under harsh looks and obvious discontent from all present (including employees), during a scheduled appointment, a paying customer was made to get on her hands and knees and clean the floor. No one I care about will ever be seen near this place again if I have anything to say about it, and I write this review now to suggest that others follow suit. No one should have to walk out of a nail salon, covered in polish from the knee down, feeling unwanted and WORSE THAN WHEN THEY WALKED IN. I don't know how a person could treat this sweet girl, or any paying customer, with such discontented, bitter energy; we will not be paying another visit. read more

Used to go here years ago with satisfactory service. Went again to get a pedicure because i was given a gift certificate. The water in pedicure was cold, when i told the woman it was cold she attempted to make it warmer but it was still cold.. i then waited 45 min in the cold water for someone to start my pedicure. She noticed the water was cold and attempted to warm it up again but it was STILL COLD. I finally stopped asking because at this point i just wanted to get out of there. Not to mention my pedicure was interrupted at times to help other customers although there were other employees available to do so. Very disappointed i will not be returning. read more

I found them to be rude as well. Customers were already there being serviced and no one else was waiting when I walked in. Was taken back immediately to a pedi chair, then sat with my feet in the water for an hour and 20 minutes. They were still not even close to getting to me but no one said a word to me.
