Fika Coffee House is in the heart of downtown Parker, CO. Their coffee is excellent, much better than some coffee shops. This is a must visit if you enjoy coffee. The only negative is their lack of seating and spacing between the seating. read more

This is absolutely my favorite coffee shop in all of Parker. Fika has so many choices and there is always a smiling face to greet you. Once inside you will see a very cozy and welcoming space. With seating inside and outside this is the place for a meeting or just a hangout with friends. There are outlets at every table so it makes it an ideal place to do homework! I love the vanilla Chai and stay for the atmosphere. I try to stop by whenever I get the chance. They have a large variety of coffee, teas and pastry options and love that it is locally owned and operated. A little pricy, but I don't mind paying extra for the quality. Would love if the female staff dressed a little more conservatively- I do not think that showing off mid-drifts is appropriate for work wear even if it is a coffee shop! read more

Cool and quaint little coffee joint! Love the local vibe and small-town feel, very folksy and they serve excellent coffee. Came in to study tonight and at 815 they were bustling but not packed. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is lack of almond milk (they have soy) despite me and 3 other customers in a 20 minute timeframe requesting it, not really a deduction, more of a constructive criticism really. The other reason being that it's SWELTERING HOT there. Thermostat set to 79 and they were unable to turn it down. It has the feel of your grandparents house in the 80s, wearing a sweater . . . and a coat. . .and heavily exercising. Easily remedied by taking breaks outside every 10 minutes but seriously, 69 is reasonable for all! Thanks and keep up the great job otherwise!! Definitely will return with friends!! read more

I'm a Texan now residing here in Colorado and was beginning to give up home finding a local coffee shop until I found Fika. I absolutely love and adore it here! The barista was phenomenal and was so nice and welcoming. The place itself is super cozy and inviting, the chairs are uber comfy! The coffee definitely isn't your burnt Starbucks taste, it's quality for sure. And not to mention the menu and pricing ain't too shabby! read more

My husband and I love this coffee house! We frequently go here for date night. It's a great place to sit and enjoy coffee and conversation. It has a very cozy environment and every employee we've been in contact with has been helpful and pleasant. We also enjoy that they don't close until 10, and we usually stay until the very last second enjoying our time in the comfortable surrounding. Cute coffee spot off of Mainstreet. I've been in a few times but I've always picked up my order and left. Good coffee and tea - and the best light fluffy almond cake. One day I decided to go sit down inside and prep for an interview I was having later that day. It's so cozy in there and they have some comfortable chairs with cute tables. After the table in front of my cleared one of the workers came over to clean off the table... awesome right?! I was impressed that they were on top of it and kept the place clean, but the reason I can't give them 5 stars is because their cleaning product (whatever they worker sprayed) was VERY STRONG. The odor was so strong that it started to give me a headache. I ended up leaving due to the smell which ended up triggering a migraine right before the interview. If anyone in management reads this review please consider using less fragrant and possibly more environmentally friendly cleaners during the hours you're open for business. Please be aware there are customers with sensitivities to these types of smells. Maybe switch to Myers brand cleaning products or something else that is friendly. read more

My "go to" spot for coffee. Never a bad experience and always great service. Do wish they had an ability to order online, even if for just those rush hour mornings when you don't want to hit a Starbucks drive-thru. This is a nice coffee shop. When I was a student in Parker I used to study here a lot - I love that they stay open a little later than most places and they don't upcharge for their milk substitutes. Customers should know that there isn't a lot of quiet sitting space during their busy hours, but aside from that this is a great place with friendly baristas and good drinks. read more

Everything about this place rules soo much harder than any other coffee place in Parker (including Starbucks - big time), and I dare say this is the coolest commercial establishment in the area. Every other other store/restaurant in this zip code is basically just another Applebee's. Those dudes should come in here and take some notes; AND, the cool part is, Fika would gladly let you come in and take notes, use wifi, browse the wall art, order hot drinks off the menu, have a Bible study, do a job interview, and whatever else. read more

First time here from FL. This place is ok. They have coffee and pastries and the usual lattes and a self serve bottomless cup of coffee. The most prominent display here seems to be the syrup collection. So maybe this is a local alternative to Starbucks. Don't expect any Kyoto drips, pour overs, aeropress or any of that. I came in excited to visit friends and family and to hit up the old town favorite coffee house. Luckily, there was a short wait but that was the only good thing about this visit. The few people in front were regulars, barely had to say a word for their order but I noticed that they pay different than the rest of the customers in line. Some guy got a huge complicated latte and the price was only $4. When I was next in line, I ordered the same because it sounded perfect, but the price was $5.50. The two barista were also short with me when they were full of energy with their regulars, maybe because I ordered a complicated drink too? I thought maybe because it was a Sunday morning and they were super busy it was a mistake, but it kept happening over and over that I felt uncomfortable.
