The massage chairs are amazing and they make sure you are warm with blankets and mints. The staff is also so kind. Dan is my favorite. He is always so welcoming. I booked an appointment and unfortunately arrived about 15 minutes late due to traffic. When I called, I was told they would take care of me, so I drove about 20 minutes from Lehi to the clinic. However, after I arrived, I was told they couldn't see me because I was 16 minutes late tough I parked the car at 15 minute and took me a minute to reach If there is a strict cutoff, that should have been communicated before I made the drive. Instead, I was given the impression that my appointment would still be honored, which wasted my time and gas. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the front desk staff. The receptionist was rude and showed no empathy or willingness to help. As a loyal member for more than a year, I expected much better customer service. I understand that businesses have policies, but clear communication and respectful treatment of customers go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations
