Dry Creek and…read moreDr. Aldridge were recommended to me by a family member and I wasn't sure what to expect. All the staff were really kind and helped me get things figured out with insurance, which I greatly appreciated. At my first visit I was thoroughly evaluated and X-rayed, which made me feel like my course of treatment was tailored to my injuries. Dr. Aldridge kept tabs on my progression, provided me with exercises, stretches, and other supplemental forms of treatment to speed up the healing. The adjustments left me feeling progressively more loose, which was nice after being so stiff from the accident. The hydro table and the roller bed are honestly magical. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Maybe it's not the whole company, but speaking over text to Annie definitely didn't serve me too well. I found a $49 deal on Facebook that included a Laser Contouring Session, a Whole-Body Vibration Therapy Session, a Whole-Body Composition Analysis, a Comprehensive Weight Loss Assessment, and a Personalized Strategy Session. It also states at the very top, "No Catches Or Obligations, Just $49!" That's awesome, I thought, I'll get that! So I buy it and they reach out to me to set up a consultation. I ask to clarify, is the $49 just for the consultation, or does that include the full package that the Facebook deal mentioned? Annie said "The $49 is only for the consultation." So I ask, "Would I be able to get a refund? When I purchased the $49 deal, the site stated that I would receive" all the above sessions "for $49. Nowhere did it state that this price was merely a consultation to be followed up with even more of a cost. I would love a refund due to the false advertising." Annie then says "It is not false advertising. You do get all of those things at the consultation. That is exactly what the consultation is. I am not entirely sure what you think will happen in just one session? Its to TRY it. I am happy to request a refund." Annie. You could've easily just said "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, I will gladly process that for you." You don't have to go out of your way to act like I'm an idiot. That was incredibly rude. You're treating me like that and we're supposed to trust you to help others and educate them on their bodies? I am more than happy to spend more than $49 elsewhere to get someone who will, at the very least, PRETEND to care and be helpful. Thanks Annie. At least I got my refund. Edit - not sure why Yelp says I'm in San Francisco CA, I'm in Midvale?

After 5 visits he passed me on to a new hire who seemed incompetent. After 2 more visits, they stopped responding. After several attempts to work with them I requested a refund on the balance I had prepaid. They now no longer respond to any type of communication. While I would not recommend them as an honest business, if you choose to use them, DO NOT PREPAY ANYTHING. Once they get your money, they no longer respond. This seems to be a pattern that others have complained of on the BBB. They are not members but have a D rating for similar complaints as mine.

I wanted to get serious about my weight loss so I went to see Rick. He offered various programs -- I chose 30 visits and received a discount for prepaying. I remember his words exactly, "If you really trust me, you can pay everything up front." I can't believe I trusted him! I started seeing Rick on a weekly basis, but it was extremely difficult to find a time that worked for both of us. He was obviously over scheduling himself. He would cancel at the last moment or want to do a Skype session (they take less time). I wasn't seeing the results I was hoping for and expressed my frustration to Rick. He didn't seem fazed whatsoever. During this time, I had jaw surgery, which turned out to be much more complicated than originally thought. After I got this news from my doctor, I called Rick to see what we could do about all the prepaid sessions. I left him a voice message. I didn't hear back from him. So I texted him. I didn't get a response. Then I emailed him....silence. I repeated all of those communications for the next 2 weeks as well as called the Sandy office. The office manager told me she wasn't authorized to speak for him or provide any information regarding returns. Ugh! After a couple of weeks of hearing nothing from Rick....why does he care, I already trusted him with more than $1,000....I filed a fraud claim with my bank. I had prepaid for services that I didn't receive. The $1,000 was back in my bank account within 24 hours. They investigated the claim and gave Rick 45 business days to provide documentation that he had communicated with me to provide those services. Rick NEVER replied to the bank! This claim goes against his credit and demonstrates the fraudulent type of business he's running. Do yourself a favor and NEVER pay Rick or any of his staff one penny! It isn't worth the hassle.
