The office manager told me she wasn't authorized to speak for him or provide any information regarding returns. Ugh! After a couple of weeks of hearing nothing from Rick....why does he care, I already trusted him with more than $1,000....I filed a fraud claim with my bank. I had prepaid for services that I didn't receive. The $1,000 was back in my bank account within 24 hours. They investigated the claim and gave Rick 45 business days to provide documentation that he had communicated with me to provide those services. Rick NEVER replied to the bank! This claim goes against his credit and demonstrates the fraudulent type of business he's running. Do yourself a favor and NEVER pay Rick or any of his staff one penny! It isn't worth the hassle.
